Several weeks had passed since he officially proposed to me; our time at the house narrowing to a few weeks left. A lot of things had gone in motion as well, making time seem like it was flying by.
First, Jimin and Namjoon finally returned from supervising the big move of all of our belongings. I was glad it could happen in one visit because the sooner everything was delivered to our new home the better. They weren't back at the house for very long though. It took them a few days, but they instead packed up all of their belongings from the house and left for the palace so they could oversee the unpacking and organization of everything being delivered. I was sad to see them leave so early again, but knew I would see them again soon.
I was actually really relieved that I wasn't going to have to do it myself. When I get there, everything will be set up, and I won't have to do too many modifications. Being royal really does have its perks.
I also handed over all of the access emails to my cousin as she started settling into her new role. She called me from time to time if she had questions, but as time went on, she called less and less other than to send good wishes.
Hoseok was granted more responsibility with the new planned out security system. He was second in command with Jin's team and he, Jimin, and Jungkook all joined their ranks. Thankfully, they were all given special responsibilities. Hoseok being in second command did have more responsibilities, but it took less of his time up surprisingly. He and Kai worked really well together and he was really happy to work with him. Since they were partners, it allowed more personal time for him.
Jimin was responsible for transportations for the royal family. Anywhere Jin and I needed to go he would be planning it in advance and oversee the logistics to be sure they were carried out safely. This included any event we were to be attending, weddings, date nights, etc.
Since Namjoon and Tae were technically 'princes' of the royal family, it was agreed that they needed to be more involved in the running of the kingdom. Namjoon even agreed to take on a few more serious responsibilities. What a lot of people didn't know about Namjoon, is he was actually smarter than Jin was. He just didn't use his IQ gift very often. Jin asked him if he wanted to be part of Taemin's team of political advisors when we all returned and he actually agreed, excited to be contributing as part of the royal family.
Taehyung was less enthusiastic to put it nicely. He wanted to help and contribute, but had no interest in royal politics whatsoever. When we asked him what he would want to do, he grinned and suggested he be the 'royal stylist'. He then continued to show Jin a few designs he drew up himself but didn't have the patience to make himself. His designs were rather impressive, and it seemed as if not very many people knew he held this talent. It was something he only shared with Namjoon and more recently with Jungkook. It was then agreed that a small private team would be hired for the royal family to actually make the garments he designs. He would be the stylist that headed it and responsible for the royal family attire at major events.
His first project? My wedding dress.
He actually sat with me and told me a few ideas he had, and I let him know what I also had in mind. By the time we were done talking we had the entire ensemble drawn out, including a tux design for Jin and the rest of the wedding party.
Yoongi was Yoongi. He was such a laid back and chill person that it didn't take a lot to make him happy. All he wanted was HIS grandmother's grand piano, which was moved into a very large bedroom for he and Hoseok, and one to play in the common areas around the palace. Jin even offered to build a basketball court as long as he'd go fishing with him every now and then, since he's the only one that would ever go with him. The agreement was made and Yoongi was happy.
