Chapter 18

Waking up earlier always took a toll on her. She never got used to it, but endured it nonetheless.

To anyone passing on the street she might have seemed like a ghost. She was all dressed up for school, but was leaning on the wall behind her and almost falling over. She closed her eyes for a few seconds feeling the tiredness take over, but as soon as her body started falling to the side, a shoulder stopped her midway.

"What the fuck do you think you're doing?" an angry voice woke her again.

She turned to it, looking with her eyes almost closed to the face beside hers. Bakugou was looking at her angrily, but his cheeks were slightly colored. She nuzzled him with the side of her cheek, a silly smile appearing on her lips.

"Come on. Five more minutes, pillow." she joked, leaning her weight more on him.

She felt his stance become rigid, she looked up at him. He had his eyes closed, mouth open, showing his gritted teeth, and was blushing brightly. If she hadn't known him, she would've thought that he had the personality of Izuku, he seemed so shy and flustered.

She laughed a little, making him open his eyes again. This time red from anger.

"What are you laughing at, dumbass?" he screamed, crossing his arms.

"You're too cute for your own good, Katsuki." she grabbed his arm that was in front of his chest and used it to push herself up, giving him a kiss on the cheek "Let's go, I have to be there earlier than normal." she turned to the street, walking slowly and grabbing her side, feeling it sting a little.

He stopped in the middle of the street, eyes wide open. He growled, then screamed, making the girl look back at him. When she opened her mouth to ask what was wrong he grabbed her body by the shoulders and behind her knees. He began walking to UA, almost marching angrily.

"Wh-what are you doing?!" she asked, holding onto him to not fall over.

"You're too slow." he simply said, continuing his walk, blushed cheeks, but not too noticeable.

The walk continued that way, an uncomfortable march for Katsuki and a rocky road for (Y/n).

While passing under the school's front arch, they didn't know they were being watched. Toshinori had come earlier to check on the girl when she arrived, so he was constantly looking out of his office window to see her arrival. He couldn't hold the surprise on his face when he saw the two classmates together. He was hoping to see her walk in, All Might would pop right beside her to help her to the infirmary and then he would give her the third place medal that she won. He decided against it when he saw Bakugou carrying her in, the boy would probably stay with her until the classes started. He too felt a strange feeling inside him, but he couldn't place it, but it didn't feel right seeing Bakugou and (Y/n) together.

The two went into the school, making some early students and teachers look strangely at them. Bakugou took the girl to the infirmary, putting her down before opening the door and helping her inside. Recovery Girl looked at them, smiling slightly.

"I'm glad you found someone to accompany you." she said, pointing to a chair that (Y/n) could sit on.

The woman gave her a kiss on the forehead, making her drowsy right after. She leaned more on the chair, feeling her world turn a shade darker.

"Hey, keep me awake." she said to Bakugou, turning her head to look at him "I saw you receiving your medal online. What the hell was that?" she laughed, but yawned right after.

Katsuki opened his mouth, but Recovery Girl was faster.

"He was so aggressive towards Todoroki that they decided it wasn't safe for the boy." the woman said, scribbling on her notepad.
