Chapter 37

Gang Orca started attacking the spaces that they made for the survivors. She agreed with Kirishima that he would be protecting the survivors while she kept bringing the new ones that she found. Katsuki though... He wanted to do both, so he not only was rude to the people in need but was also almost burning them sometimes.

They soon heard the event being announced as finished. They found it strange, but shrugged while looking at each other. They were told to change their clothes and wait for further instructions. And after a few hours, they came up with the results, gathering the students in the arena again.

"Okay... Everyone, thanks for all your hard work." the man started announcing "Now, I will announce the results, but before that, I will tell you about the scoring system. Between those of us at the Heroes Public Safety Commission and H.U.C, we had a two-fold demerit system we used while watching you. In other words, we were evaluating you on how few mistakes you made in a crisis situation. Anyway, the names of those who passed are listed in syllabary order. Please check the list keeping those words in mind."

(Y/n) quickly found her name there, smiling from ear to ear. Her smile only grew when she saw almost all of her friend's names there too. She also saw that Katsuki and Todoroki weren't present. She wanted to comfort them, but she was too happy for herself to greet them with a comforting face. Her other friends had done so while she was thinking about it. She felt relieved when they announced that those who didn't pass would go on a three month course to maybe get the license.

At the end of the day, they received their licenses and headed back to the buses, getting ready to travel back to school dorms. While the bus was running to the school, she sent a text to Toshinori, showing her provisional license. He received it at the same time as Midoriya, congratulating both on the achievement. He received a star emoji from Izuku and a heart emoji from (Y/n), which made him blush profusely.

After they arrived, they took baths and headed to bed. All of them were exhausted and had classes the next day. Almost all of them slept peacefully, but (Y/n) was too excited to fall asleep. So she decided to head to the kitchen to make something hot for her to relax a bit. She took her phone just in case she wanted to watch some videos.

As she was heading downstairs, she saw Izuku leaving the building with a serious face. She found it strange for him to be outside at that hour, so she followed him slowly, waiting to see what exactly he was doing.

As soon as the boy stopped, she saw Bakugou waiting for the boy. They started walking again, talking to each other, going farther from the dorms. She kept following them. 'What are they up to?' she thought.

Bakugou kept leading them, bringing them to the training area, more specifically to the first place that they had hero training classes. Katsuki started talking, but (Y/n) couldn't hear it. At least it didn't look threatening. She could sense Izuku's weariness, but she knew how Bakugou could be. It couldn't possibly be that they were going to fight, it looked almost like a heart to heart conversation.

But, suddenly, Katsuki turned to Midoriya, pointing at his face and shouting.

"Let's fight. Right here, right now." the boy said.

(Y/n)'s eyes became the size of plates, she had to call Toshinori. She ran trying to not make a sound to the entrance of the dorms, dialing her crush's phone number.

"(Y-Y/n)?" he said on the other side of the line.

"Toshinori, come to the dorms right now!" she said, looking behind her to see if they had started already.
