A few weeks passed, the classes started again, everything seemed normal. Except for the fact that Toshinori wasn't teaching. She was quite worried for him. Was he okay? Was he eating properly? Was it hurting? She had too much in her head to even study. It truly was affecting her routine. Almost not paying attention to what Aizawa was saying at that moment.
She shook her head, trying to focus on the matter at hand.
"Class 1-A of the hero course will be focusing on getting their provisional licenses." he looked seriously at the students "A hero license bears with it the great responsibility of human life. Of course, the exam to receive one is very difficult. Even the provisional license has only a 50% passing rate each year. That's why today, we will have each of you come up with at least two..." Midnight, Cementoss and Ectoplasm appear at the door, entering with style "Ultimate moves."
Wow, (Y/n) really didn't expect this. Was the class even ready for this? She knew of at least two or three that didn't even have complete control over their Quirks.
"'Ultimate'! This means that the move will give you a sure win!" Ectoplasm happily said.
"A move so ingrained into your body that others cannot copy it." Cementoss continued "Battle means seeing how much you can force what you're good at on your opponent."
"Your moves will represent you." Midnight finished "These days, pro heroes without ultimate moves are an endangered species.
"We will tell you more as we go along. We want to proceed logically." Aizawa explained.
(Y/n) lifted her arm up, hoping to ask a question.
"Yes, (L/n)?" Aizawa nodded to her.
"What if we already have an ultimate in progress?" she asked.
The girl could hear her classmates start to gossip around, mumbling a few things.
"Then, you'll be sure to master it." he crossed his arms in front of his chest "Change into your costumes and meet in Gym Gamma."

At the Gym, the heroes explained that the class was to train hard and intensefully to accomplish a better understanding of their own powers. Cementoss made platforms for each student to train on and Ectoplasm multiplied himself to serve as a dummy.
"Sir, I don't know if this can be called an ultimate." she said to the teacher, forming an invisible barrier around herself "I planned this, since I become too vulnerable in a fight." she explained.
"Is it strong? And will it last for a whole battle?" the man asked.
"It isn't its strongest form yet. I have to train a bit more to make it hard like diamond. And if I train long enough, eventually I won't even feel that I'm using it."
"I'll see." Ectoplasm said, circling her and preparing for a kick.
It landed fast and strong, but wasn't able to break the barrier. The hero seemed to be impressed.
"Very good. It has the potential of being an ultimate, but you'll have to improve it." he concluded "Let's focus on getting it harder by now."
And so, the training began. She kept placing the barrier around her, every few seconds making it disappear, noticing if the hero would notice, which he didn't. It was a good technique to use if she was against only one villain, but not good enough as training it to always be around her. Ectoplasm wasn't stopping, kicking her endlessly, hoping to break the barrier as soon as she got tired.
