The man stared at the girl, as if he could read her thoughts. She felt a chill pass through her body before getting up and dusting her uniform. Her eyes met the man's, making her more embarrassed than before.

"I'm sorry, Sir... Uhn... Endeavor." (Y/n) said, holding one hand in the other, rubbing them together, extremely nervous.

"It's fine. I wanted to talk to you." Todoroki said, crossing his arms in front of his body "It's about my son."

"What is it?" The girl's tone became more serious. What did Todoroki's dad want to talk to her about?

"I want you to marry my son." The man said, short and thick.

The girl's mouth opened briefly, her eyes stopping at nothing, unblinking. What the hell? What did that mean? An arranged marriage? But why?

"What do you mean, Sir?" She asked, to make sure she heard it right.

"I know you're not stupid, girl! You heard me just fine!" Endeavor spoke a little louder, scaring her.

"But why?" She asked, now serious and a little angry.

How could this man impose this on his own son? They were no longer in the Medieval Era! And he wanted to impose it on her too! How egocentric could this man be to think that just because Todoroki is the son of the world's second best hero would any girl gladly accept to have an arranged marriage?

"Your Quirk is strong, you just need to get better at it. I'm willing to tutor you, if you decide to marry my son. Imagine the power your kids will have! You just have to try until you find the strongest one in the batch, like I found Shouto." he said, completely calm, as if that subject is something normal in his daily life.

The girl didn't answer for a few seconds, wondering how wrong that was. But she couldn't help but think about being the apprentice of the second best hero in the world. If he was in this position in the ranking, it was because he had a good teacher and good training. Whether Shouto was okay with that was a mystery, but she needed to think about what was most important, her career or a life being held by a man she didn't love.

"I'm sorry, Mr. Endeavor, but I have to refuse." she responded, bowing, thanking him for the strange invitation.

"What?" The man said, his gaze darkening.

"I-I can't marry someone I don't love, and I think Shouto wouldn't like it either." she said, getting nervous about his aura change.

"He doesn't have a say in this, but you'll come around. If you change your mind just find your way to contact me, so you can sign the papers." Endeavor said, just walking away from the student, finally entering the bathroom that was his goal.

"Su-sure..." she whispered, still shocked by what happened.

(Y/n) came out of the trance and ran back to the arena, meeting all of her classmates together, paying attention to a student, which in that case was Ojiro, from what the girl saw. Ojiro and another boy were giving up on the competition, leaving two vacancies in place. One of the girls in the class below took the lead and said that: the group that came closest to entering the third part of the competition should be chosen to take the vacant places. Which by the way were two groups that had tied, one composed of students from class 1-B and her group. The girl looked around, seeing the members of her group looking at her, as if telling her to continue in the competition. The girl's (e/c) eyes were filled with water, the situation thrilling her, being able to be part of one of the most important moments of her life. Tetsutetsu was chosen by the other team and (Y/n) was chosen by hers.

The girl ran towards Tsuyu, jumping on her and hugging her. The frog girl looked surprised but accepted the show of affection.

"Thank you!" She said, pulling free of the hug and staring at her friend. "And... Why the hell are you wearing a cheerleader costume?"
