Chapter 28

The whole class was eager to visit Midoryia in the hospital. (Y/n) was really anxious to encounter her friend. She wanted to save Katsuki and she planned to ask Izuku to come with her. But, even if he declined, she would find a way to save him.

She met with her other classmates next to Izuku's hospital room, waiting for the boy to wake up for them to enter. When it happened, they all entered, and the boy began to ask them questions about the attack and where the missing students were. They explained that Momo was recovering from an injury on her head and Jirou and Hagakure were still sleeping, the gas having longer effects on them than the others.

"So, everybody came but those three." Iida said, his face serious, but a slight frown being visible.

"Fifteen of us." Uraraka said.

"Because Bakugou isn't here." Todoroki commented, looking at the boy directly in the eyes.

Izuku started crying almost immediately, saying that he could've done it, that his Quirk was made for this. (Y/n) came forward, hugging the boy's neck tightly, letting her own tears fall.

"I couldn't... Save him." he said in between sobs.

"Then, let's save him this time." Kirishima said with no emotion on his face "Me and Todoroki came here yesterday and we discovered that Yaoyorozu planted a tracking device on a villain. She made a tracker for All Might and the police."

"This means that you'll make her create another tracker?" Iida asked.

"What if it is?" Shouto said.

"It's like All Might said, let's leave it to the pro heroes!" Tenya continued.

"That is the stupidest thing you have ever said, Iida." (Y/n) began, surprising her classmates "If it wasn't for Izuku, Shouto and Shouji, me and Tokoyami wouldn't be here. No hero saved us. We saved ourselves." she said, cold as ice.

"But we aren't heroes yet! We can't-"

"Grow up, Tenya!" she shouted, her tears drying up fast "I can't sit still and do nothing knowing that my friend is probably being tortured or worse, dead!" she screamed the facts, making the people around her flinch and look at the ground, guilty for being so selfish about their own safety when their friend was being kept hostage "We're all gonna become heroes one day and we'll have situations just like these!"

"I'm angry too. But I don't think we should act on our emotions." Shouji said, earning a sad look from Kirishima.

"We're all shocked by Bakugou's kidnapping. But we should be rational. Ribbit." Tsuyu said.

Suddenly a medic entered the room, saying that it was time for Midoryia's check up, so they all should leave. Kirishima told Izuku that they would be rescuing Bakugou that night, so if he wanted to go, they would be meeting in front of the hospital. After they talked to Momo, which led her to accept going with them, they separated inside the hospital, Kirishima and Todoroki went home to change clothes and (Y/n) looked for a vending machine to buy a snack before going home herself. As she was turning on a corridor, she bumped into someone tall.

"Sorry, I didn't see where I was- Toshinori?" she looked up, seeing a familiar mane of blond hair.

"(Y-Y/n)!" he exclaimed, blushing right away.

"I wasn't expecting to find you here, but since I did, could we talk?" she asked, her smile dropping a little bit.

"Sure." he became serious, understanding that it was a not so happy topic.

She brought him to the hospital's roof, it had a nice garden by the edge and a tall fence. They noticed how empty the place was, perfect for their talk and perfect for what the girl planned to say and do.
