They did such a good job of making you hate some characters, and making you love others. For example, I hate David and I love Ellie. Also our favorite bada** Joel.

Annabeth's Pov
I felt the cold air hit my skin first. Then I felt the hands of someone pressing harshly on my chest. I felt myself begin to wake up, and I started coughing up water, and inhaling as much air as I could. I was now in a hospital gown. My hair was still in a ponytail, and my arm now had a cast around it. I wanted to get up and hug Barrett, but she wasn't there. I felt my heartbeat begin to speed up.
"Shh...shh. It's alright. I'm sure you're wondering where your parents are. They are on their way. We just informed them about the situation." A nurse said.
"Jessica, is she alright?" I asked frantically.
"She'll be alright. She got a bad head injury, and we found loads of glass stuck in her arm. She is awake though." The nurse informed me.
I felt myself start to calm down. I was about to lay back down and go to sleep, when a pain coming from my gut startled me awake. I cried out, and the doctors and nurses ran to my side.
"Ah, she had a wound there and it some how reopened." The nurse said.
"Alright kid, we're gonna have to put you to sleep. If this wound keeps reopening, we'll have to do surgery." The doctor told me.
I began crying, as they gave me the medication to put me to sleep. My eyes began to feel heavy, and I no later fell asleep.
Time skip
My eyes began to open, and I saw 3 blurry figures. They started to come into focus, and I noticed Barrett, Elle, and Katie sitting there.
"Hey Annie." Elle said calmly.
"Hi." I answered, still drowsy from the medication.
"Baby, I'm glad you're awake. I can't believe you guys made it." Barrett said quietly.
"Mhm." I was so out of it.
"Here, do you want a hug? We were all so worried about you, Annie." Katie expressed.
"Sure." I yawned.
The three girls walked over to me. Barrett was on my left, Elle was on my right, and Katie stood there and held my hand while the other two gave me side hugs.
I sighed.
"What's on your mind, Annie?" Elle asked, feeling my forehead.
"When...when will I get boobs? I need them to balance out my a$$." I asked, still feeling drowsy and out of it.
Barrett blinked. "Uh, I think the medication is still wearing off."
"Yeah, that was a really random question." Elle giggled.
"No one cares that she just cussed?" Katie asked.
"They start acting like truck drivers around this age." Elle sighed. The three girls started giggling, while I just stared into a wall. I felt like I had no control over myself. It was like the feeling right after you get your wisdom tooth taken out. You start acting like a crackhead. For example, you start acting like Kurt and Ram.
Katie sighed, and said, "Wanna play uno? We might have a chance since Annie is out of it."
"Might as well." Barrett shrugged.
"Yeah, we cant see Jessica yet." Elle sighed.
Katie pulled out an uno stack out of her purse, and shuffled the deck. She handed us each 7 cards.
I sighed, and the games began.
Time skip
Katie ended up winning 3 rounds, and Barrett only won 1. Both Elle and I lost at all 4 rounds. We were all now watching Mean Girls, and the lights were off, as it was getting late. I had been at the hospital for 7 hours before I had woken up. Barrett, Elle, and Katie had gotten here 1 hour after I woke up. I was extremely disappointed about the auditions, but that was the last thing I should have been worrying about.
I sighed, and was beginning to turn back to the movie, when I saw a magazine on the doctors desk.
"Woah, what is that?" I asked getting up. The girls turned their heads to me.
"Uh, I'm not sure. Looks like the doctor left it." Katie replied. I grabbed the magazine, and sat back down on my hospital bed.
I was feeling much better, and decided to toy around with them some. The doctor was male, and was clearly gay by the looks of the magazine. I snickered silently as I turned open the first page.
"Woah..the doctor will sure be missing this tonight!" I laughed.
"Huh?-" Elle started.
"My goodness, how would he even walk around with that thing?" I said, laughing between my words.
"Uh Annie, that's not for kids.." Barrett said, trying to grab the magazine from me. I moved out of the way so she couldn't grab it.
"Uh...why are the pages stuck together?" I asked, knowing what I was doing.
All of the girl's' eyes widened, and I snickered.
"I'm just screwing with you. Bye bye, dude." I walked over to the window, and I threw the magazine out of it. I walked back to my seat.
"Alright, get on loser, we're watching Mean Girls." I motioned towards the seats next to me.
They sat down, and we resumed the movie.
One thing never left my mind, though.
