CHAPTER 35- FINALE

(Allyson's POV.)

Malamig ang simoy ng hangin mula sa silangang bahagi ng dalampasigan. Napapalibutan ng makukulay na mga bulaklak yung buong beach resort dahil sa gaganapin na kasal nina Elaine at Regan.

Their second wedding is simple and only their closest friends and relatives were invited on this exclusive event. They didn't cater other guests since it is just a small celebration on their 15th wedding anniversary. Maybe they want to make it private but real.

Who would have think that Elaine and Regan had been married for that long? I know that their relationship had been through ups and downs like a normal married couple, but they stayed strong and had put their vows on actions.

I know that married life is tough but they made it through until the end. That is why I think they deserve to get married for the second time.

Tila nakikisayaw yung bawat alon sa napakatamis na musikang pinapatutog habang hinihintay ng lahat yung bride na maglalakad sa harap ng mga bisita mamaya.

I was in the middle of enjoying my time while appreciating the beautiful scenery of nature that brings somewhat a romantic vibe on the atmosphere, when I felt that someone tapped my back.

Nang humarap ako ay nanlaki yung mga mata ko dahil si Fabian pala ang taong nasa likod ko. Ngumiti siya sakin at nabakas ko  yung pananabik niya sa magkabilang mga mata nito.

"F-fabian? What are you doing-" I wasn't able to finish my sentence because he interrupted me.

"I am Regan's best man." Sagot nito sakin.

Saglit akong napatitig sa napaka gwapong mukha nito. Halatang bagong ahit siya kaya talagang ang fresh at bumata siya tignan ngayon.

Every single tip of his hair was brushed accordingly and how could I not I be attracted if he also smell so freaking good? His sexy scent makes me want to cling onto his arms and bite him like a starving little monster.

He wore a white unbuttoned polo shirt that reveals his manly chest and that just made my eyes go crazy! Indeed, the beautiful scenery of the resort is a total AWE! But his chest and wide shoulders are thousand times more breathtaking!

To tell you the truth, I was really stunned and no words came out into my mouth because I was very surprised to see him after two years in person. He had the best glow up ever! I could finally say that he is now far from the old version of himself who lived a miserbale fucked-up life before. He is happier and more successful than he was before.

"Y-you look really dashing like a bright diamond, Allyson. I can't even take my eyes off you." I immediately blushed when his eyes gave me a quick scan from head to toe.

I was wearing a chic and cute white floral beach dress right now. His compliment made my heart to skip a beat. I know that he changed a lot from what he used to be in the past, but the way he look at me is always the same. His smiles are still as warm as it used to be.

Now I can't help not to wonder... did also his feelings for me stayed the same?

"T-thanks.. Y-you too, Fabian. You look so undeniably handsome today." Nauutal na sagot ko sa kanya sabay marahan kong hinawi yung buhok na nakaharang sa mukha ko at napakagat labi na lamang.

Na-estatwa ako sa kinakatayuan ko noong bigla siyang humakbang palapit sa akin sabay dahan-dahan niyang inipit sa likod ng tenga ko yung isang pulang gumamela na hawak pala niya kanina.

"I picked a flower that is as beautiful as you are." He said, plastering a very sweet smile. I can't help not to smile back.

"W-what are you doing here by the way? I thought you planned not to attend wedding ceremonies anymore?" I asked him.
