Flan in a cup

1 3/4 cup milk

5 Tbsp sugar

3 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

Carmel sauce :

3 Tbsp sugar

1 Tbsp water

1. Put milk on low heat and add sugar, stir well and when sugar melts stop the heat and cool for a minute. Make sure you don't let the milk boil.

2. Great eggs into a bowl and stir well.

3. Slowly pour the milk from step one into the bowl from Step two and stir. Add vanilla.

4. Pour the mix from step three into a strainer this will make the flange smoother.

5.Make the sauce in a small pot. Cut the water and sugar in a small pot store quickly over high heat. When it becomes brown remove from heat and put in cups.

6. pour the mix from step four into the cups over the caramel sauce.

7. Fill a pot with water and put the steamer above it when the water starts tearing stop the heat and put the cups and steamer after 2 to 3 minutes of high heat lower the heat and scene for 13 to 15 minutes. When put on low heat move lid a little so steam will escape. If you place a towel under Lid ,water won't get into the flan.

8. Poke a hole in the flan with a toothpick if juice doesn't come out it's done. After it cools put it in the fridge then top it with whip cream or fruit by choice
