1/2 cup sifted flour

2 tsp sugar

A little salt

1 egg

1/2 cup milk

1 tbsp unsalted butter

Some jam, Cream and chocolate sauce

Some butter for the frying pan

1.  sift flour into a bowl.

2. Add sugar and salt and mix.

3.whisk the egg separately and add it into the bowl from step 2 and mix.

4. Microwave butter for 1 to 2 minutes, then add the butter and milk to the bowl from step three. Mix well.

5. Put a frying pan ( better if it's nonstick) over low heat and melt butter in it. Use a paper towel to spread it and remove any excess butter.

6. Pour the batter in the frying pan and use the ladle to spread in a circular motion.

7. Once the surface is dry, use a spatula to pick up the crate and flip it over. Fry it for half a minute they remove it from the pan, careful not to rip it. Repeat as necessary until you run out of better.

8. Fold it in fours and add jam, cream or chocolate sauce and done.
