Curry rolls

Dry curry: onion

1/4 cup of mix vegetables

1/4 lb minced beef

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1 tbsp curry powder

1 tbsp ketchup

Salt and pepper to taste

Roll: 4 cups of rice

2 sheets of seaweed squares (called sushi nori)

1. Cut the onions in small pieces. Heat up the frying pan and add best foil. Stir fry the onions over medium heat. Mixed vegetables should be thawed to room temperature.

2. Add the minced beef and the mix vegetables into the onions from step one and stir fry.

3. When the mincemeat is well done and separated, add curry power ketchup salt and pepper. Remove from heat and cool.

4. Please see we sheet on a bamboo sushi roll mat. Leave about 1 inch at the top open and place two small bowls worth of rice and seaweed sheets.

5. In the middle of the rice place half of the mixture from step three and roll it into a sushi roll. Make another one just like it.

6. Use a knife to cut the rolls into 5to 6 equal size pieces. If you wipe the knife with a wet towel after each cut the slice will come out clean.
