Tiramisu: make 1 cake that is 6 inch in diameter and 11/2 inch tall.

Cheese filling:

3 tbsp whipping cream

1 tsp sugar

1/2 cup cream cheese

Sponge cake

1 tbsp instant coffee

Unsweetened cocoa

3 tbsp hot water

1. Put ice in a big bowl, and put another small bowl inside of that and mix and whipped cream and sugar. Whisk it well.

2. Add cream cheese to the bowl from step one.

3. Cut up the sponge cake into pieces about 1/2 inches high. Placed him in a shallow pan.

4. Make coffee with the instant coffee and hot water. Brush the coffee on the sponge cake from step three. Make sure all the sponge cake becomes coffee colored. You will not use all the coffee.

5. Pour the mixture from step two on a sponge cake and stuff for. Put plastic wrap over it and put it in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.

6. Use the sifter to sprinkle cocoa on top and you're done you can decorate the outside with ladyfingers or biscuits.
