Baked sweet potato mash

1 large sweet potato ( about 2/3 lb)

2 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp milk

2 tbsp butter

1 egg ( to add color while baking)

1. Watch this week potato and slice into small pieces. Wrap it in plastic wrap and microwave for six minutes. It's ready when the two pickles and easily. You can use the steamer if you like too.

2. Do you like the skin while it's hot. Make sure you don't burn yourself you can kill it easier if you dip your hand often at all feel the cold water. Make the potato in a bowl while it's still hot.Add butter that has been melted a cool to room temperature. Add sugar. Mix well.

3. Add milk to the mix from step 2 a store.

4. Pour the mix from step three and two tinfoil cups. With egg and brush on the surface to make it brown with baked.

5. Bake in the oven for five minutes and 2 30°C/480°F . It Is done when the top is nice golden brown. you can even make it in the toaster oven.
