Roller-coaster - Jake

The song Days are numbered filled your room as your phone began ringing. You picked it up without looking at the number. “(Y/n)” you sighed into the phone. “Hey (y/n)” Jakes voice said, you smiled. You really (like really really) liked Jake. “The band is having a meeting, do you want to like… come over and help me with uhm… you know… stuff?” he asked awkwardly. “Stuff?” you teased and smiled for yourself. “You know… uhm… just come over” he laughed. “Alright then, I’ll be there in 10” you replied and hung up. You put on some makeup, styled your hair, and put on your jacket. “Mom I go help Jake with… something” you yelled and put on your black boots.

10 minutes later you knocked on Jakes door. “It’s open” Jake called and you walked in. You threw off your boots and hang your jacket. “So what do you want me to?” you asked and walked into the kitchen. “Holy... what’s going on?” you asked and looked around. Everything was on the middle of the floor. “Cleaning” Jake murmured, “want to give me a hand?” he asked and looked pretty hopeless. You started helping him and after an hour almost everything was cleaned up. “You like Ashley… don’t you?” Jake asserted quietly. Where did he get that from? You only liked him, but you couldn’t tell him. “No… not him” you murmured without revealing too much. He smiled shortly and put some plates back in the cabinet. Someone knocked at the door, and Jake went out to open. He came back short after followed by CC. “Oh you have a visitor” CC smiled and hugged you. CC gave the best hugs except perhaps Jake. You took a stack of shirts and carried them to the bedroom. “Do you think she like Ashley?” you heard Jake asking CC. “Nah, I don’t think so, why?” CC responded. “Oh nothing” Jake hesitated as you walked out in the kitchen, pretending that you didn’t heard anything. Jinxx showed up close followed by Ashley and Andy who brought sandwiches.

“So… I thought, maybe we should celebrate our success this weekend” Andy said between some bites. “How?” Jinxx asked. “Uh, what about going to an amusement park?” Ashley said excited, all agreed. You sighed, you wished that you could go there too, but you weren’t a part of the band so you didn’t expect much. “Hey what’s wrong?” Jake asked after noticing you sighed. “It’s just I’ve never been to an amusement park before, I just wished I could go there as well” you said sadly. “No way you have never been there?” CC asked stunned, you shook your head. “Well then you are going with us.” He said with a big smile. “I don’t have money enough for a ticket right now” you sighed. “Don’t worry about that, I’ll pay your ticket” Jake offered without discussion. “We are gonna find the biggest one then” CC laughed and ate the rest of his sandwich.

--- Two day later in the amusement park---

“Oh guys I’m so glad you brought me here” you smiled after Jake bought you popcorn.

You tried a whole lot of things before CC said: “Come on we have to try that one” and pointed at a big rollercoaster. Hundreds of butterflies found the way to your stomach as you sat down beside Jake. The rollercoaster started and you began wondering what you said yes to. The slide carriage drove into a tunnel and stopped. “What the hell” CC murmured. There was only you 6 in the carriage. Suddenly the light turned off. You gasped in the dark and took Jakes hand. “We are so sorry, you might be stuck there for around 10 minutes or so” a nervous voice said in the speakers.

 You didn’t like the creepy thick dark in the tunnel. “You okay?” Jake whispered in your ear. You nodded, without knowing if he could see it in the dark. “I... I just don’t like the dark in here” you whispered back. You felt his hand on your cheek; he slowly removed the hair from your face. “It’s okay I’m right here” he said calmly. You started to panic a bit anyway. You felt his nose against yours in the dark. “It’s alright” he breathed “and I hope it is better if I…” he whispered close to your face. His lips touched yours in the dark tunnel; you closed your eyes for no reason and melted into the kiss. His left hand rested on your neck and the other on your waist. You put your hands around his neck and let your fingers play with his long hair. You calmed down a bit and realized what was happening. You were kissing with Jake; it was what you wanted the most in the world. “Jake…” you whispered, and kissed him deeply, you felt the butterflies all over your buddy. His warm lips made you forget all about time and place.

“Aww” CC laughed, and you both quickly pulled away. The light was on but the carriage wasn’t moving. “I told you, you shouldn’t interrupt them” Andy said and laughed. You blushed, when you felt the four other guys looking at you. “Well… uhm…” Jake smiled nervously and took your hand. “What are you looking at” you laughed and looked at CC. “I said, she didn’t like Ash” CC said and rested his hand on Jakes shoulder. You all laughed. “Can you do it again? You looked sooo cute” Ashley laughed and you obeyed. Jake leaned over to kiss you again. The guys made some noises but you didn’t really care. You closed your eyes and melted into his lips again.
