I opened the door and took off my boots. I grabbed the two bottles from the kitchen table and walked into the living room. All five band members were sitting in the couches, talking about their new album. I sat down between Ashley and my boyfriend Jinxx. "Nice shirt (y/n)" Ashley complimented, and I smiled at him. I sat the bottles on the table and looked at the clock. Half past eleven. They had already been there for hours. Ashley looked me in the eyes for a short moment, before Jinxx put his arm around my waist. "So what have you guys been doing all day?" I asked the guys. "Most recording bass and some practice" Andy answered and opened one of the bottles. "I was pretty good with that bass" Ashley added and smirked. CC and Jake was in a deep conversation about the sound on the record. "What about you?" Jinxx asked and pulled me closer. "Just the usual, work and then home for a few minutes ago" I said with a smile. "What is your job?" Ashley asked, and I told him. "Well that's pretty cool" he responded and smiled. "Can I talk to you for a minute... alone?" Jinxx asked, and I followed him to the bedroom.

He closed the door behind him and crossed his arms. "What?" I asked confused. "Don't you pretend, like you don't know anything and look so fucking innocent" he snapped with a cold look in his eyes. I just stood there staring at him. He sighed angrily. "What is your problem?" I asked a bit annoyed. "MY problem? That my girlfriend is cheating on me!" he raised his voice, and deep inside I felt a little scared of him. "What?" I whispered startled. "I have seen how Ashley flirts with you all the time and the little innocent smile you give him" He said, I could see how the skin around his eyes were getting red. I suddenly got so mad at him. "Do you fucking think, I'm that kind of girlfriend?" I screamed at him. "I didn't think so UNTIL you cheated on me!" he snapped. "I NEVER cheated on you!" I tried to defend myself. "Don't fucking lie to me (y/n)!" he growled and came closer to me. "Jeremy I didn't cheat on you" I said into his angry face. He hesitated for a minute, he knew, I was serious, when I used his real name. He raised his hand to run it through his hair, but earlier experiences told me, that he would hit me. I crossed my arms over my head and curled up against the wall, tears running down my cheeks.

After what felt like an eternity, I realized that he wouldn't hit me. I looked up at him. He just stood there staring at me in shock. "I thought..." I whispered quietly. He sat down beside me and hugged me in silence. "I would never hurt you" he whispered in my ear. "I'm sorry for what I said" he said and sighed. I felt a hot tear land on my shoulder. I looked up at his teary face. "I shouldn't have screamed at you" I said, but he shushed. "I means nothing, I know you didn't cheat on me, I trust you" he said and pulled away from the hug. "I love you way too much to cheat on you" I smiled and kissed him. "Wow..." the guys muttered as one from the door. Jinxx and I looked up at them. "Uhm sorry" Ashley murmured embarrassed. "How long time have you been standing there?" I asked and wiped away the tears. "From 'My problem'..." Andy said and smiled awkwardly.  "We'll leave now" Jake said, and they all left the house.

"Sorry" Jinxx murmured again, when we sat on the couch. "It means nothing, let's forget it" I said and kissed him. I cuddled up against his chest. "Why did you think, I would hit you" he asked and looked down at me. "Uhm..." I muttered. "I had a boyfriend who used to beat me up" I murmured into his shirt. "I'm sorry to hear that babe" he said and put his arms around me. "Want to watch a movie?" I asked to talk about something else. "No" he said and lifted me up and carried me 'bridal style' back to the bedroom.
