First date - Jinxx

You found a black dress and looked at it for a couple of minutes, and then you hung it back in the closet and sighed. You found a pair of black jeans and took a random shirt and took it on. You were going on a date with a guy called Jeremy, you didn’t really know him. He had invited you to go see a movie, but you didn’t know what to wear. You only met him a few days ago at the local star bucks. “What the hell” you sighed and threw on your combat boots. You looked in the mirror one last time and walked outside. The sun was on its way down, and everything seemed quiet. You locked the door and walked down the street. You looked down at your shirt. It was a Black Veil Brides shirt. You loved their music, but you never really looked at the members. Your barely knew their names. All you were interested in were their music.

You stopped in front of the movie theater and looked at the old building. You shivered in the growing darkness. “(y/n)” you heard a voice a bit away say. You looked around and saw Jeremy. You sighed relived when you saw he was wearing casual cloth. “Hi Jeremy” you said and smiled. He looked confused for a second but then smiled. You wondered what that meant. “I’m just not used to that name anymore” he shook his head and smiled. “Why not?” you asked but he didn’t answer. “Nice shirt” he said and you smiled. “Yea I really like their music, I don’t really know the members but they are really talented” you said and he smiled. “I know” he murmured with a little laugh. He showed you inside and paid for tickets.

You enjoyed the movie, even though there was a lot about classic music. “You like classic music?” you asked when the movie was done; he nodded with a little nervous smile. He took your hand and looked at you. “So… I thought maybe you want to come with me home?” he asked and smiled. “Yea my roommate is in Paris anyway so…” you said a bit awkward. He opened the door in his car for you, and you sat inside. You noticed two large boxes on the back seats. “What is in those boxes?” you asked, when he sat down beside you. “Oh just my guitar and my violin” he murmured and started the car. “So you play guitar I guess” you said, and he nodded. “Yea actually I’m in a band” he said enthusiastic. “Really?” you asked, and he laughed. “Actually I’m in that band on your shirt” he laughed, and you looked skeptical at him.

“I’m Jinxx” he said and helped you a bit. You from him to your shirt and recognized him. “How did I end in a guitarist’s car” you murmured and looked out of the window. He parked the car and opened the door for you. “Oh shit” he muttered, when he saw the light in the windows. You followed him inside and heard voices coming from somewhere in the house. “One second” he said and smiled nervously. He left you in the hall. “What the hell are you guys doing here” you heard him sigh. You followed him, and found yourself in the living room. “Who is the lovely young lady?” the guy you recognized as Ashley asked. “I’m so sorry (y/n)” Jinxx sighed, “I didn’t tell them to come. Four guys were sitting comfortably in the couches.

The guys didn’t look like they were going to move. “Is it possible to make space enough for us in MY couches” Jinxx said annoyed. The guys moved so there was space enough for you both. “So… (y/n) where did you meet Jinxx” Andy asked. “Uhm… at star bucks” you said shyly. “We went to the theater today” Jinxx continued. “And then I invited her home, but not to meet you guys” he said but the others seemed like they didn’t notice. “Do you have something to drink” Jake asked and Jinxx walked out to find something. “Don’t worry (y/n) we are just here to annoy Jinxx not you” CC said and you smiled. “By the way, he found a pretty girl this time” Ashley said, and you blushed.

After the guys finally walked home, you sat down beside Jinxx in the couch. “I’m so sorry” Jinxx said and looked down. “Don’t be, the guys are great” you assured him, but that seemed to make him look sadder. “Hey, what’s wrong?” you asked and looked concerned at him. “I just… I just wanted this to be you and me at a normal date…” he sighed. You hugged him and looked him in the eyes. “Listen I had a great time tonight, I really loved spending it with you” you said, and he smiled. “Really?” he asked nervously, and you nodded. He leant over to you. “(y/n)…” he breathed before locking your lips together. You heard something outside and pulled away. Jinxx rolled his eye, and you saw Ashley standing with his nose pressed against the window. He waved at you, and you blushed. “They did it we can go home now guys” you heard him say, and you laughed. “Want to meet again another time without those idiots?” Jinxx asked, and you nodded before leaning over to kiss him again.
