Love Jinxx - Jinxx

(Y/n)’s POV

I sat down on my bed beside my best friend Jinxx, my mind and vision was blurred, but I pretended everything was fine. “So what have you been up to the last couple of days?” he asked, it was a couple of days since we had seen each other. “Not much” I answered with blurred mind and looked at his black hair with only one wish; to run my fingers through it and press my lips against his. But that was impossible, since he was my best friend, nothing more than that. “Me neither” he said and fingered with the corner of my pillow. “What do you want to do tonight?” I asked and tried followed his fingers. “I don’t know” he answered quietly and looked down. “Would you please play for me?” I begged and smiled at him. “Always” he said with a little smile and opened the box to his violin. “Why did you even bring it here?” I asked and watched him. “You always want me to play so I thought why not” he answered and sat down beside me again. He started to play, and I closed my eyes.

Jinxx’s POV

I started playing, and (y/n) closed her eyes. I loved, how innocent she looked, when she did that. But I also knew, she had been out, and I guessed, she was pretty drunk, even though I couldn’t see it. I stopped playing, and she opened her eyes. Her eyes were tired, and her voice was blurred. “(Y/n)?” I asked and put back my violin. “Yes” she said, and I smiled at her. “How drunk are you” I asked and made her lean against me. “Drunk” was the only thing she said. “I have something, I have to tell you” she said and looked at me. “I really like you Jinxx” she said her voice weird and slow. “I think you should get some sleep” I said, hoping that what she said was true. “But I love you Jinxx, you have to know that” she said, leaned over to me, and pressed her lips against mine. I kissed her back. I knew, she might didn’t mean it. But I liked her, and if this were the time I could kiss her, I wouldn’t miss it. Her tongue asked for entrance, and I let it. She playfully ran her fingers through my hair, and I smiled at her. She pulled away, and I laid her down in her bed. “Love Jinxx” she murmured before falling asleep. I smiled for myself and stayed at her apartment for the night.

(Y/n)’s POV

I woke up with a terrible headache. I looked around and heard someone in the kitchen. I walked out to see who it was and found my best friend Jinxx there. “Good morning sleepy” he said and laughed a bit. “What?” I asked a bit confused. “You fell asleep at 7 pm yesterday and now it is” he looked at the watch, “11 Am” he laughed, and I wondered what happened last night. “You were pretty drunk” He said, and I understood the headache. He found a glass of water and a pill for me. “Thanks” I murmured and swallowed the pill. We sat down on the couch and talked a bit. “I have to ask you something (y/n)” he said and looked serious at me. “Last night you said that… you said, you loved me” he said with shaky voice, and I could feel the blood running to my head. “I… I uhm” I said, knowing that I made a fool out of myself. ”I will never get drunk again” I murmured and looked down in embarrassment. “I mean, I… yes I meant I but I…” I got cut off by his lips, and I looked surprised into his eyes.

Jinxx’s POV

I smiled against her lips and pulled away. “I meant it” she whispered, she looked so sweet, when her head was red like now. “I feel the same way” I told her, and she smiled shyly. “I don’t want to lose our friendship” she said nervously. “I know, but we don’t have to lose it” I said and smiled. “(Y/n)… would you like to be more than my best friend” I asked and hold my breath, she nodded shyly. “Yes” she said and started breathing again. “Jinxx I…” she said, but I laid her down on the couch and pressed my lips against hers. She closed her eyes and ran her fingers through my hair. My tongue touched her bottom lip, and she giggled against my lips. “I love you” I whispered and buried my head in her hair. “I love you too” she whispered back, her fingers running through my hair.

(Y/n)’s POV

I sat up and looked Jinxx in the eyes. “Jinxx” I said with shaky voice. “That happened last night, we kissed, didn’t we?” I asked, and he confirmed it. “I was really drunk” I whispered and shook my head. “I wasn’t” he said and smiled. “Then you at least remember” I said and bet my lip. He nodded and lifted me unto his lap. He put his arm around my waist and stroked my hair. “I was so happy last night” he said and pulled me closer. Our lips met again only for a short minute. “I love you Jinxx” I said and blushed lightly. “Where have you been my entire life?” he asked and smiled to me. “Right here beside you” I said and our lips found each other again.
