Izuku wasn't 100% sure what to expect when he went to meet All Might at the beach but he honestly wasn't expecting to be picked up and throw down onto the beach in the middle of all of the trash. "Start picking up the trash and cleaning. It's time to get you ready for One For All!" All Might stated. Izuku asked what he meant. "You said I was worthy to be your successor so I'm taking this isn't related to that but my body instead?" Izuku said as he took his shirt off to ensure it didn't get soaked in sweat. All Might started to say yes when he realized that Izuku was not the stick noodle he had thought he was. "Yes... but it seems you aren't the stick noodle I thought you were. You might be able to hold OFA currently but I don't want to risk it. We have a year and a half to get you ready for the UA exams. One for All is a quirk that grows stronger each time it's passed. Meaning it will be stronger than I currently wield. The more muscles you have the better percentage control you can have over One For All! As such, let us set a goal of you cleaning this entire beach in 10 months! This will give us 5 months of quirk training before you attempt the exam." All Might stated. Izuku nodded his head at that explanation and got to work.
To be fair it was hard. Not really on cleaning but the smell of the beach was hard to withstand. It's been sitting here for years! His mother looked at him like he was crazy for telling her that he would start doing training at this beach. She just slowly nodded her head and gave him a questioning look. Izuku had to hold a laugh at his mother's facial expression when he saw her questioning look. He didn't need her digging into this currently.
Izuku was working day in and day out on the beach. One weekend when Izuku was pulling a fridge, he felt a lot more weight behind him. He turned around and there his trainer was sitting on it with his roughly six hundred pounds of extra weight. "HEY! I'm only like five hundred and fifty in this form nowadays!" All Might complained.

"Also, why am I hauling trash again instead of doing a workout in a gym?" Izuku asked. All Might then explained that back in the before years when he was younger the heroes were more about community service and being true heroes. "Sadly a lot of heroes are in it just for money instead of saving people or giving back." All Might said with a sad smile. Izuku understood this and got back to work. It was indeed a good thing to give back to the community. He also understood that if he didn't clean the beach then who would since it has been here for years. All Might also said another thing as Izuku pulled the fridge. "I also wish to see the beach cleaned again since this beach my master and I came to a lot." All Might said in a low tone and Izuku didn't question it based on the tone he wouldn't answer likely.
Izuku rubbed his hands and gripped the rope and pulled the fridge with an All Might on top of it and slowly but surely made his way across the beach with a lot of trouble. "You know it would be easier if you weren't on it." Izuku groaned out and All Might countered that it wouldn't be training if it was easy. This training kept going on for the next many months. All Might at one point had to return to the agency so he could prepare things to have a more constant presence in this town since Izuku would be here training and going to UA. All Might wouldn't stay all the time but he wanted to be here as much as he could during the training until Izuku started at UA and then he could figure what to do next after that.
