3RD POV:
The boys made their way closer to the center and started to rescue people out of the rubble. Those that could walk by themselves were asked to carry any of the injured people out so the boys could keep digging people out. The people respected this request and helped out by fulfilling this request. The buildings were all destroyed for the most part or leaning over. Some buildings did survive the destruction and held up but those were very few and in between buildings.
Izuku looked over the site and he knew he would remember this for a long time in his life. The level of destruction was massive that it took out so many blocks and he could hear the cries for help everywhere. Izuku got back to work and started working on finding more people. They had already pulled out around 200 people from the rubble. They were lucky that mostly everyone only had minor wounds or any worse injuries were to their arms and they could walk out on their own power. Those that couldn't leave on their own power were carried out by other people. They had been inside the center of the destruction zone for about 2 entire hours now and they could see in the very far distance that heroes were working on saving people as well. The boys knew that they would be here until early morning the next day or even later. The night was closing in closer and closer with each passing minute.
As the boys were still working after another half an hour, the daylight started to go away and the night was starting to set in. The street lights that could work were on but at least half of them were broken and didn't work which left the destruction site in a large amount of darkness making it harder to work. As the boys cleared one more building, they heard a cry for help. from a building that was half standing up. It was a middle school building. Most of the building had fallen but there were still standing portions but they had a large amount of rubble surrounding the area. Then they heard the cry of help turn into a scream of help. "Be careful, with night arriving we might run into bad actors that will take advantage of this situation and use it to harm people," Izuku stated to his friends and they put their guard up as all three of them moved quickly but silently towards the barely standing gymnasium looking portion of the middle school.
Izuku floated up and he looked into the window. He saw a group of about 40 civilians. It was a large mixture of people that had taken refuge in this building since gymnasiums are built to be a safe spot during earthquakes. 'Smart of them to remember the fact that these are built far studied than other things for this exact reason.' Izuku thought. He informs the two others that there were about 40 people inside and no clear hostiles. They heard the scream again and it was people yelling from inside to draw attention. 'They weren't in danger but were trying to get help since the doors are blocked from the outside.' Izuku thought as he moved over to the doors that were blocked. Izuku powered up OFA to the 45% limit he currently has and started to lift the very large rubble that came from the nearby buildings that fell down. Due to his strength, the lifting of the rubble was relatively easy. 'Thank god that I increased my limit during this semester.' Izuku thought. After about 1 minute of moving the rubble, they finished clearing everything and forced the doors open. The people inside were scared for a second but some recognized who came in and started to cheer out the boy's hero names since they patrol these higher crime sections of town more often than other heroes.
"We're saved! It's the three provisional heroes that patrol these areas a lot." Yelled one man and everyone calmed down after he said that. This was because some people in these areas haven't met the boys personally yet since they patrol on a certain amount of time due to school. The boys started to inquire about wounds and injuries. Lloyd just applied a calming emotion across everyone to ensure they would get straight and correct answers out from people so they could go through this quickly. After about 5 minutes of communicating with people, they did discover that there were a handful of people with injuries that would require them to be walked out. "Can people that can walk out on their own help carry those that can't. This will allow us to guard you on our way out of the destruction zone." Izuku asked them and they complied and started to get to work.
