Chapter 31: Summer Camp & Preparation For War

3rd POV:

A few more weeks passed since Melissa had arrived in Japan. Izuku had been working on his training and Melissa had been working on some project that took most of her focus. When anyone asked her about it, she told them that it was a device she was aiming to make to improve medical care without the need for extremely powerful quirks. Recovery Girl got interested in it after a short period and was helping with any medical knowledge that Melissa needed. Izuku had an idea of why she was making it and confirmed it one night when they were cuddling in his room. "Melissa... is that new device your working on meant for me?" Izuku asked and she was silent before she answered. "Yes. I want to increase those odds of you walking away alive from the fight. I will still respect your request on passing the messages if it looks like you might not make it but until you flatline and can't be retrieved back I refuse to give up hope so neither are you allowed to give up." She said as she kissed him. Izuku just kissed back and promised he would do everything he could until he was too tired to keep pushing anymore. Melissa accepted that and soon they went to sleep that night

Soon the next day came and it was also time for the 1-A students to get ready and leave for the summer camp. Izuku himself nor All Might would be going. They both would be staying back and looking for the league and All For One. Izuku would also be training since he had just hit 100% in the past day so he needed to adjust and get used to being able to use the current 100% before expanding the power and growing it. Izuku was glad he hit 100% since he felt off... As if someone was going to happen. There was a recent encounter between Shigaraki and Iida at the mall. Shigaraki wanted to know why stain was so liked and popular but not him. Iida luckily learned to be less stiff and was able to keep his calm when Shigaraki brought up stain. However, that incident didn't make the feeling go away. It only made the feeling worst in all honestly. He warned the other staff and they agreed to be on watch but lately, nothing has happened so they didn't know what it might be. Izuku explained that the feeling hasn't gone away and to be careful on the camp trip. They had changed the location from one location to another one that was owned by the pussycats. They owned a few camps so it was an easy change for the school to make. As such, they made it extremely last minute. They did have some concerns about a mole but all the staff came back clean which meant it had to likely be a student. Nezu did look into Monoma per Izuku's request but nothing was found that appeared out of normal currently so they couldn't do anything.

They could only keep waiting and hope everything went smoothly. As the students arrived at the camp the next day, they were met with the Wild, Wild Pussycats! Eraserhead asked where the little kid they had last time was at. "Ah! You mean Kota. He's with his parents. Thought Kota pouted when he learned that your class wasn't Fulcrum's class. He thought he had a chance at seeing his favorite person again." stated Manlanday of the WWP's. Eraserhead explained to the class that Izuku had defeated a villain during one of his past cases that almost killed two heroes that were the parents of a little kid who is a huge fan now of Izuku. They all nodded their heads in understanding and soon they found themselves at the bottom of the mountain with Eraserhead telling them to get to the camp before walking off. The members of the rescue heroes said that they needed to get to the camp before noon to get their meals cooked for them or else they had to cook for themselves. Everyone soon got running but was met with the wild beasts that the heroes had created via a quirk. Everyone was panicking but still fell into a team formation and were working their way through.

The heroes and Eraserhead soon arrived at the camp and the students missed the deadline by about 3 hours and had to cook their own meals. They all groaned at missing lunch and the fact that they now had to cook their entire meals themselves now. Though they groaned they soon got to work since dinner wouldn't make itself. After about 40 minutes of working, they soon finished making their dinner and they all sat down to eat for the night. Everyone was enjoying their night though some were surprised that their senpai Izuku wasn't with them since he normally comes to things with them. They asked their teacher and he was quiet for a bit. "He's at the school training. Also,  he wouldn't be able to maximize his training here since his upper limit would wipe this forest out so he needs to train in the facilities at the school which we can easily repair due to staff on hand." Aizawa said before walking away. The students were surprised. They were all wondering how strong their senpai was. They know he took out that creature that was made to kill All Might but his upper limit could wipe this forest out!? That was shocking and scary at the same time. However, soon they went back to their meals and enjoyed the night since they would be training non-stop starting tomorrow.
