A call to action, be creative despite reactions
His creations, from the page leaps inspiration
Mr. Lee, all those years ago you sparked my creativity
When I was small, watching the spider crawl up the wall
Because of you Stan, I grew up to be a creative man
I want to entertain the masses, to be known even after time passes
I always wanted to be just like you, to do the things you do
To help people through the dark, using words and pen marks
You inspired me to be greater, to be a creator
Your legacy, eighty years in the making
