I was sitting with the Sargent in his office, listening to him telling me more about Intelligence and how I could be of the most help.

"While my team is good, we aren't forensic psychologist good," he smiled sternly.

"I'm sure you guys are great! I'm not here to step on toes, sir.. just to help out. Provide psychological profiles on perps, make it easier for you guys to find them! I'm ready to start when you need me," I smiled.

"And that'll be a help while we're in the field Also, call me Hank." He winked. I smiled in return.

Before I could say anything else, Adam walked in.
"Sorry Sarg! But we got a case!" He said. I smiled gently at him and he winked. Oh yeah, he's good in bed too, I know it. "Callahan, we'll be back! Bathroom is down the hall! Trudy is downstairs if you need anything! I'll give you your desk when we return!" Hank said as he grabbed his coat before following his team down the steps. I smiled and waved at them.

I left Hank's office and wandered out into the floor and looked at the surrounding desks and how they were set up. I walked over to Jay's desk where I noticed a picture, it was of him at detective Lindsay. "Interesting," I said to myself. I became extra nosy now, so I walked to detective Lindsay's desk to look for pictures. None. "Very interesting." I casually strolled around the floor, looking for pictures and clues.. I wanted to sleep with all of these fuckers, and needed to know if I could. And from the looks of it, Jay would be the toughest nut to bust.

No one else had photos of evidence of a significant other on their desk, at least not in plain view anyway, but then I got to Adam's desk. Fiancé. I don't like to mess up marriages or engagements, but Adam is so hot. I'll sit on him for a while, see just how in love with his fiancé he is.

I walked over to locate the bathroom, and after I did my business, I walked down this random hallway. Rooms for interrogations, a few conference rooms, and another staircase, which of course I walked down. I ended up in the garage of the precinct— garage door, door to another room, and this cage thing in the corner. "Dear Lord.. would not want to be in there," I laughed to myself as I went back upstairs.

When I reached the top, I heard the team returning so I walked to meet them and stood next to Kevin. He whispered to me, "another one of these. Young kids and gang violence." His deep voice made my knees week.

"Man.. the fucking worst," I rubbed his arm to comfort him. He flexed subconsciously and I bit my lip slightly. Yep.. He was first.

Hank was speaking to the team about their plan. "Find the leaders. We know most of them, but clearly not all of them. These kids are only 16. We gotta find these pricks. Callahan, my office please!" I followed him to his office and he shut his door. "I'm not sure if you can help us with this one.."

"I know sir.. Hank. But I'm here for whatever you need."

"Thank you.. Oh your desk. Follow me!" I followed him to a desk that was set up between the large stairwell and the hallway that led to the garage. I could make eyes at everyone on the team from here.. perfect.

"It's great, Hank! Thanks!" I smiled genuinely.

"Boss.. I got something!" Adam stood up before Hank made it back to his office. "This is Raymond Steeds," he hung a picture on the whiteboard. "local gang affiliate with the Southside Hustlers. My CI says he's been hearing that he's starting to recruit local neighborhood kids, so they fly more under the radar."

"Grab him up!" Hank said "you and Atwater, go! I'll send the warrant!"

"Hey, Callahan.. come here." Antonio waved at me. I walked over, "yes detective Dawson?"

"Have a seat.. you can shadow me so aren't just sitting on your hands. Call me Antonio."

"Ha! Thanks! Is that your daughter?" I pointed to a picture of a young girl on his desk.

"Yeah.. it is," he smiled gently.

"She's beautiful," I smiled back as I made eye contact. "Must get it from her mother." He laughed before tapping me on the knee that was crossed over my other one. Oh yeah.. he was getting it.
