It was a lovely night in National City. From afar you could hear clubs blasting their music, probably if you're too near you might get deaf. But you could also see people going to dinner, or some staying at home with their family...There were many varieties on what to do. But I think you're more interested on what the Devil was doing, am I right?

With her nice tailored black suit, she drove around main street with her very elegant, black Mercedes-Benz 300Sl Gullwing (1955-1963). And she wondered what is the fun in 'life' when there are these stupid rules? Well she didn't understand them and loved the thrill of breaking them, and without a care she drove as fast as she pleased, of course blasting her music...She is the Devil after all. Reaching a speed of 100km/h, soon she heard those annoying sirens from the so called 'Police'...Well that's what those humans say. "Great, here to ruin the fun." She muttered to herself, mentally rolling her eyes.

Being the gentlewoman she is, she pulled over by the side of the road and soon followed the police officer. "Ma'am, do you know how fast you've been going?" The officer asked, clearly annoyed of his job. "Well, I was very aware sir." She answered truthfully, actually surprising the officer. "Drivers license and registration." Demanded the officer. "Coming right up." And out of nowhere a load full of cash appeared. "Ma'am are you trying to bribe me?" The officer suddenly asked, surprised from the woman's boldness. "Of course I am." She answered finding the question absolutely unnecessary. She counted the money and wanted to give it to him, but he seemed very 'unpleased'. "Not enough? Jeez you can always ask for more." She said and started to add more money, when the officer interrupted her: "It's against the law." She just rolled her eyes at the statement as if it where not obvious. "Well aren't you humans funny with your law." She teased and glared at the officer. She knew just with a little charm and honesty she would be out of this little situation. "Officer, do you break the law sometimes?" She asked, using a little charm on him. "S-Sometimes when I'm hungry, I drive to the nearest donut store and make an excuse that there is an investigation. But there isn't one and I'm just there to eat the donuts for free, because I just can." He confessed and she just smirked to herself. "Wow, and why wouldn't you? I'm sure it's fun." She said knowing her charm was working. 'Humans are so pathetic.' She thought, wondering what her father found about these creatures so fascinating. "It for sure feels good to get away with something, doesn't it?" She reasoned and looked at the officer. "Yeah..." He answered, suddenly surprised what he had said and she had noticed he's coming back to reality. "Oh, it's okay officer. People like to tell me things, especially those little dark, deep, naughty desires that are on their minds. Clearly it's a gift...Probably must be something about this face." She stated, flashing a very charming smile, holding the big amount of cash in her hand. The officer was stuck in a dilemma, something she had wanted to trigger. "I think you're tempted on taking this? Am I right?" She asked, fanning the money and there she could see the hunger in his eyes. 'Utterly ridiculous.' She thought and slowly handed the officer the money. "Well what are you waiting for? Christmas? Go get yourself something nice, you deserve it." She gave him the money and bingo, the officer took it, leaving the Devil alone. "If you don't mind. I have some things to do." She stated and the officer nodded. "Uh, of course ma'am. have a nice evening."

And like that she was on her way again.

After a few minutes she stopped in front of the building she owned. She gave her car keys to the wallet and entered the building. Immediately she was was met by blasting music, colorful lights shining amongst the people, the whole room fully packed with dancing bodies..Not so a peaceful night after all. Slowly she walked towards the bar, and the bartender, Maggie or Magzaar of the Lilith, too confusing? She's one of her demons.

Back to the story, as she walked towards the bar, Maggie had her drink already ready. "Well aren't you having fun." She teased and got an eye roll from Maggie. "Very funny Kar." The demon shot back, clearly showing her moody self. Kara just chuckled in amusement and drank her whiskey. She started to look around the club and saw her beloved piano. With whiskey in hand she walked towards the piano and sat on the stool. The DJ knew what it meant and slowly played calming music to calm the crowd down. He didn't want to disappoint his boss. The crowd finally calmed down and the spotlight was onto Kara. The beautiful tunes could be heard around the whole room, everybody's attention was on her. The Devil flashed a charming smile, making every woman go weak on their knees...But maybe not all. She looked around the crowd and suddenly she felt how her heart rate picked up, suddenly she felt like she couldn't breath. There she saw a green eyed goddess, looking beautiful in that tight fitting black dress, deep red lipstick on her soft looking lips and her pale skin shining like a star.

After playing the song, the crowd started to applaud and she wanted to go to the mysterious woman, but a swarm of women blocked her way. "Im very sorry sweeties, but I have errands to attend to." She answered and wiggled her way free from the women. Again she walked towards the bar and saw the mysterious woman drinking a glass of gin. 'Good taste.' She thought and walked towards her with confidence. "Isn't it a busy night?" She asked and got a hum from the goddess looking woman. "It is. I found your performance quite entertaining." The woman complimented and Kara flashed her a smile. "Well it is my duty to entertain this place. I'm sure you can't always get a live piano performance in the most clubs." The Devil stated and felt how piercing green eyes roamed her body. "I must agree to that. I may have been to multiple clubs and never have I seen a live piano performance in one of them." The woman answered and very much likely agreed to Kara's statement. "Oh, how rude of me. I'm Kara, Kara Morningstar." She flashed another charming smile and gave her hand to shake, as always she is a gentlewoman after all and always introduces herself to guests. "Lena Luthor." Lena shook Kara's hand, and the Devil felt this weird feeling of electricity in her hand, then running up her arm. "Lena, that's a beautiful name. It means light, generosity and kindness." Kara answered, and has probably caught Lena by surprise. "Well I find Kara a very charming name. But have I heard your last name correct?" Lena asked and Kara liked how her name sounded on Lena's tongue. "Darling, it's Morningstar."

And from then on, Kara started to question herself what she was feeling
