Idea 29: Babs Seed Story

Like the episode of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic "One Bad Apple," but much worse. Renamed "One Rotten Apple."

Babs visits Apple Bloom, and like the episode where Babs visits the Apple Family, as well as being introduced into the CMC, the same happens here, only a slight difference given they were ponies and not humans.

Babs visits Apple Bloom, introduces her to the Crusaders Club, gets involved with Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon because Apple Bloom invited them, since she and Diamond have become friends. Babs becomes manipulated with Diamond and Silver, and takes over their clubhouse.

As it turns out, Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle still have disregard for both Diamond and Silver regardless of Apple Bloom's plea for friendship.

After talking over some things, they become mad at each other and separate, but that's when Babs and the others get involved to split them apart even further.

Apple Bloom became unhinged when they tried to mock and break apart Scootaloo's and Sweetie Belle's relationship. She tried to stop it on her own, even when they told her they would deal with it.

Apple Bloom confronted them, but Babs was reluctant to apologize and change her ways. To which Apple Bloom fought Babs. Babs with her newfound strength attacked her furiously. Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle intervened and too attacked back, but was halted as both Scootaloo and Apple Bloom were heavily injured. Apple Bloom left the group, as she was brokenhearted and too injured to get back.

Meanwhile, Sweetie Belle was the last to confront them, but they were still wanting to break them apart, and it made her fearful of what they may do next.

Scootaloo then tried to handle it on her own as Sweetie Belle was on the brink of panicking toward her sister. But, Sweetie Belle knew of Scootaloo's intent on stopping them, instead got herself trapped in a clash of them fighting alone.

By that time, Apple Bloom showed up at the barn with scars and bruises from the fight, and blamed Babs for all of it. Applejack and Rarity became involved, but were unsure of where to find them.

Sweetie Belle found Scootaloo out cold in an alleyway, to which Babs tried to attack, but Sweetie Belle was full of adrenaline that they all gave up trying. At the last second, Sweetie Belle saw something glow in the back of her neck, so it made her suspicious of possible magic influence.

She took Scootaloo back to her place, fixed her up, and

treated her. As Scootaloo awakened, she vented off about she wasn't strong enough and contemplated not being good enough. She also was becoming too smothered with Sweetie Belle's kindness. Sweetie Belle disregarded those thoughts because she truly and deeply cared for her, she never thought she could ever think so irrationally about her.

"What kind of a girlfriend do you take me for?!"

As Apple Bloom was in the midst of discouraging Babs forever from being her cousin, both Applejack and Rarity stepped in to give her a sense of sympathy and enlightened her for the fact that Babs was never like this, nor was she aware of the dangers of other's.

From there on, Apple Bloom had to know why and how she changed. She went to find Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle to stand together to stop her, but from the injuries and pain they took they were unsure if they were able to do so.

But, after Sweetie Belle mentioned the odd glow around Babs, they then theorized that Babs was under their control. So, they got the motive to stop them at all costs.

They found them at their club and decided to confront them about it all. From there on, there was one last showdown against the Crusaders and Babs. Unfortunately, with true strength of their friendship brought her down and found the source of her madness.

It was an electronic necklace that was lodged into her skull as a memory suppressor, as well as mind control. Babs was returned to normal, but she heavily regretted the pain and suffering she brought to the point of never showing her face to them again, but they had forgiven her.

They took it upon themselves to corner the two that started the fires. Diamond was about to continue into her plague of madness, but Sweetie Belle also notice the same glow around her neck. So, she quickly yanked it off, and she was all the sudden less obnoxious than before.

The only one who didn't was Silver Spoon. Silver Spoon confessed when they all cornered her, but she only did it because Diamond was becoming Apple Bloom's best friend and not her's. Silver disliked the fact that Apple Bloom was taking Diamond away from her, given they were best friends before. But, Apple Bloom assured they have been together, but only because they are starting something a little different. Diamond was not so apologetic as she was starting to like the Crusaders in general. Even was willing to apologize to them about her past fights.

Silver disliked it entirely and wanted to always be the two that caused madness. Because she loved the sinister plots and danger it caused to wreak havoc on the Crusaders. She was jealous that she was willing to drop it all for Apple Bloom.

They all talked and tried to get Silver to explain herself, but she was just alone. Diamond was the only one she was ever friends with, and they caused stuff to happen which made their friendship burn with passion.

They were unsure of what to do, because she was reluctant to change. It was until Babs stepped in to give her a sense of honesty and interest. Babs did like the crazy stuff that happened as it was the most fun she's had. She was willing to do more with her if she wanted. Silver didn't say anything, but was okay with it. She admitted, she still didn't like Diamond all the sudden turning over to the Crusaders, but was willing to try something new with Babs instead.

As the day grew thin, and everything. Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle brought Babs and Applebloom back together, Rarity and Applejack were happy, but they had to head back because they promised Scootaloo's auntie they would be back in time for dinner. Rarity said they would pick them up afterward, so they headed back. As Apple Bloom and Babs made up and ate dinner with the family.

That night both Apple Bloom and Babs talked about somethings and was thinking about how this relationship will go, given Diamond mentioned to her about possibly wanting to date. Apple Bloom was unsure of the future, but knew their relationship will change as well as them.
