T-CMC Story: Falling Beauty

Act 1:

⦁ A recent event have been announced for the first teen beauty pageant. Sweetie Belle announces it to Scootaloo about attending and possibly joining in. Scootaloo denies the offer and tells her about the dangers of pageants. ⦁ Sweetie Belle wanted to get to know the event and asked what types of things will be needed to join. ⦁ Scootaloo was recently invited to meet with her old friends in at an old skatepark. She was not as good as she used to be, and the other friends that hung out with her laughed and tried to get Scootaloo to do her ultimate trick to surprise their friends. She was unsuccessful and was turned away. ⦁ Later on, that day, Sweetie Belle announced to Scootaloo of joining the beauty pageant, and regardless of Scootaloo's argument, Sweetie Belle loves talent and show fashion. Rarity overheard the conversation and was delighted to be a part in making her the most fabulous.


Act 2:

⦁ Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo kept arguing about the pageant, but it came down their own personal interest. They disregarded the things that they used to take interest in when they were single into being entirely focused on their relationship, and so they become hostile toward not being able to participate in their own interests since the relationship. Sweetie Belle just wished that Scootaloo would be willing to watch the pageant for her and have some level of interest in her own. ⦁ Later, they all talked about it, and they wished to have participation in their own respective interests. So, Scootaloo agreed to go to the pageant for Sweetie Belle and support her in her singing and beauty pageants. While Sweetie Belle decides to go with Scootaloo to the skate park. ⦁ That next day, Sweetie Belle went to Scootaloo to the skate park, and Scootaloo was showing off Sweetie Belle to all her park buddies. They all liked her, and thought she was a prize. They all told her, as Scootaloo went scooting that it made sense that Scootaloo ended up with her because of her boyish demeanor. ⦁ Sweetie Belle wished to disregard that, and told them that skating is neutral, and should not be just a boy's interest. But they told her it wasn't, it was just Scootaloo that was like tomboyish. Sweetie Belle thought of it and was starting to see their point. Scootaloo was rough around the edges, messy, and takes interest in dangerous hobbies. ⦁ Scootaloo asked Sweetie Belle if she wanted to try, Sweetie Belle refused, but somewhat influenced her to do so. After a few trips over the ramps and declining concrete, Sweetie Belle was enjoying it. But it wasn't until she went down a steep slope, she tried to break and ended up snapping her leg in the process.


Act 3:

⦁ Sweetie Belle was immediately taken into the hospital. She broke her leg, and it was going to take the rest of the summer to heal and be mobile again. Scootaloo blamed herself for everything, but Sweetie Belle denied that since she always wanted to know what it was like to fly. ⦁ Scootaloo was taking care of her and was doing everything she can to help treat her. Sweetie Belle got a call for try-outs on the pageant, and unfortunately had to cancel her name in the place. As Rarity just finished her ensemble for the pageant. Scootaloo in a fit of guilt and emotion, she asked to enter into it for Sweetie Belle sakes. ⦁ Scootaloo went into the try-outs, and was immediately rejected, but was the only one to withstand most of the primary requirements to satisfy for the pageant. Scootaloo was asked what type of talent she will be performing. She told them the only thing she was ever good at, and that was doing dangerous stunts. ⦁ Later that day, Scootaloo announced her moving into the actual pageant and passing the try-outs in which Rarity and Sweetie Belle were intrigued. Sweetie Belle thought the gesture of going through the trials of the pageant things was flattering but thought of Scootaloo not being happy.


Act 4:

⦁ Sweetie Belle asked Scootaloo of why she was doing this. She only wanted Sweetie Belle to be happy, and to not miss out on enjoying the things she likes. Sweetie Belle loved the gesture. But she asked a more personal question on why she doesn't like being girly. Scootaloo mentioned the way she grew up, why she just accepted that she was not nearly as pretty or had any feminine tendencies. She saw it in the judges' eyes that she was not what anyone would choose, nor be looked at as a woman. ⦁ Sweetie Belle thought of it and wanted to get Scootaloo ready for the pageant. She started with teaching her some things about beauty, femininity, and embracing some likeness of all the other females in her life. Rainbow Dash shown the most interest because she told Scootaloo that even though she is just like her, she never let go of the fact that she too is a woman, and accepted the limits and hardships it takes to being one.⦁ Scootaloo also practiced day and night at the skate park, being absolutely serious on making sure she was able to pull off stunts she had before.⦁ It took time and effort, but she was able to pull off the basics to modeling, fashion, make-up, and skating like a pro. She also had to take speech lessons by Twilight.


Act 5:

⦁ The day of the pageant, Scootaloo looked out to see the entire placed filled, and all her friends and the Rainbooms showed up to it. Scootaloo never had stage fright, but she felt the pressure of just acting like a normal female. ⦁ She went through the simple showcasing's of her attire, modeling, speech, and it let up to the final act of the night which was the talent. ⦁ Scootaloo help set the place, but that ended up being a bad thing since she was not supposed to act too out of place. The ramps were set up, and it was time to go. The ramps were a little steeper, and not entirely rooted, so it had to take a lot of effort to maintain her balance, as well performing the basic stunts. ⦁ She was able to impress the audience, but the ramps became separated that ended up causing Scootaloo to fall and sprain her wrist. The judges and the people looked worried of her, if she was able to continue the rest of the time. Scootaloo felt even more pressured, but saw Sweetie Belle worried, so she got back up to try and perform her ultimate trick. ⦁ Scootaloo kept the momentum and was able to perform the stunt successfully that made the audience go wild. ⦁ Unfortunately, Scootaloo did not win first prize given the strikes she received for help in set up the ramps, and for falling. However, she did get second place for being the most interesting and intriguing pageant contestant. Later on, the entire group celebrated for Scootaloo's performance, while making Sweetie Belle the happiest girlfriend for doing everything for her.
