Idea 31: Twilight's Corruption

This part is about Twilight's journey prior to Curiosity and the other stories ahead.

This part is in first person, explaining details of her life after the Rainbooms broke up. After she just received her role as lead singer and had guitar lessons from Sunset. She felt alone. Until she took some time with Timber Spruce. He and she were inseparable and always had each others back. Even when her friends were not in the picture she was happy to be with him, and was going to continue on in school as she was planning to go into college.

However, one night after studying for her exams of getting into a good college, she was stopped by Luna who was drunk and had to have Twilight take her home.

When they arrived Luna asked Twilight to stay there. And as she drank more, she began to tell her very personal stuff about her own love life and possibly going into people's dreams to make her more desirable, but it then turned into an awkward night.

Twilight was intoxicated and as Luna was at the peak of her high she indulged herself into convincing Twilight into having an affair with her. It was enforced and it wasn't until Celestia caught Luna and Twilight in bed passed out and naked.

Twilight was in shock of everything that happened and had to sleep over at Timbers place for the night.

Twilight was different than before and could not stop thinking about what she had done. She blamed herself for being foolish and unfaithful to Timber. So, that next day, she wanted to sleep with him.

After their first night sleeping together, Twilight was still not feeling sure about herself that night. So they tried again, but Twilight started to get a phobia of male genitals and could not get that feeling and sensation back with Timber as she had before.

After a week, they broke up and Timber was heartbroken and Twilight was not able to feel any sign of her love anymore. Then, as she was discarded and hurt, she stood out and was blaming everything on herself for ruining her love-life with Timber and didn't know why male parts were making her not want to see or even touch them.

She continued on and stood out all night trying to find out why, but there was danger ahead, as there were people who had gained magic over their own pain and misery. Which prompted Twilight to recreate the locket to stop the magic from reappearing. However, even when the dangers had ceased, there was still magic circulating the area, so Twilight put it upon herself to continue her previous research of magic and its source.

That was when she always thought of Sunset. As she was the main one who originally came from the mirror and started to mingle with other individuals beyond her own world. So, she had to have been the source of magic still

being an issue and circulating. During the summer, she captured more than twelve in the past two months of her summer, having consumed a lot of dark and powerful magic which then awakened an old friend.

She started to get dreams, and nightmares even whispers of her. But, then she saw the night again. Luna was the cause of her failed relationship and was starting to become attracted to women and not men. Twilight was also starting to have dreams and memories of Sunset and her together. The chemistry they had, which fulfilled her need to want her. She desired her, but was unable to connect those feelings because of one obstacle in her way. Which was the fact that she knew Sunset had feelings for the other Twilight since they talk more often, she was the one that saved her first, and was the only one to make Sunset finally establish friendship. And also that she was still in her very life, a pony, so she contemplated on the fact that it was only natural that Sunset was more or less attracted to her own kind and the though of bestiality being an issue.

Days and days went by wanting her and wanting to have that love again. She chased it but it was the one thing that creature in her mind was able to manipulate her and take away.

After a week, of her mind being broken and her will shattering. She started to manifest things that aren't there like the people of Crystal Prep wanting to come back and tease Twilight like they used to. After that, she projected Sunset with the other Twilight, with their friends, leaving her out of it entirely, then singing songs in her mind to cloud her judgement and fuel her emotions through controlled chaos.

Twilight's weakest point was when the people in her mind started to attack her and make her feel worthless and weak with beatings, slandering, and shaming. Walking away from her and torturing her mind to make her manifest.

Twilight figured out that Midnight was behind the mind games, and she promised she would stop if they both made a deal. But, Twilight was reluctant to give in even from weakness. But Midnight knew her heart and was making Twilight feel worse by manipulating her way from Sunset. Seeing the pain and hurt of her rejection, but also giving her the idea that she could help her have her and achieve her love again. After that, she made the deal.

Twilight was infested with the mysteries surrounding magic and became much more aware and knowledgeable of it. So, Midnight made her believe there was a way to keep sunset while also shutting off all access to the other world which is Equestria.

In between her planning and ideas of stopping Sunset from going back and having connections to the other side to Equestria, Twilight met with the human Sunset.

She was like everything she could ever want from Sunset, unfortunately she was always engaged to a man who was a rock-star.

Twilight thought of maybe trying to be with her, but it was cruel to end her relationship, and also since she was older. Buy Midnight begged to keep her original bargain. So, she went back to planning.

Twilight made a fool-proof plan to stop Sunset from having any connections to the other side.
