Clock Strikes Twelve (1st Draft)

Chapter 1: Midnight Returns
Twilight Sparkle was asleep, when she started to have nightmares of Midnight, taking over again. Saying she was back for revenge, and will destroy all her friends. Twilight wakes up, and is in fear of Midnight.

⦁ Normal at first, but starts seeing a person who starts to follow them.
⦁ Twilight come across old enemies as well as old flames.
⦁ They all began to change as Twilight was reminded of the damages she had done.
⦁ They all blame her for everything. It was all her fault.
⦁ Sunset was the last one to say she couldn't take it anymore, so she took off with Princess Twilight as a result of her actions.
⦁ Midnight revealed herself to be the the stranger who followed them.
⦁ Twilight woke up, and was worried that Midnight is coming back to haunt her again.

Chapter 2: Trapped
Twilight was struggling to focus in school, socialize with friends, and even functionally normally. Her friends are worried of Twilight, and decide to help her. Twilight feared in being near them, so she decided to quarantine herself in her home. Allowing Spike to live temporarily at Fluttershy's place.

Chapter 3: Persistent One
Out of all her friends, Sunset was persistent to help Twilight. Twilight was going crazy, with many restless nights, not eating, and not bathing. Twilight couldn't let her guard down for a second for Midnight to attack.

Chapter 4: Past and Revenge
As Sunset was struggling to take care of Twilight, she opened herself up to a time where Twilight felt the weakest and was sad. Sunset used her mind magic, as Twilight was trying to sleep, she used what was called, REM-Psychosis, in which Sunset went into her mind to find out why Twilight was going crazy. It was finding pieces of the puzzle.

Chapter 5: Human
Twilight met with Human Sunset, as Twilight was undergoing emotional issues with Sunset. So, she searched for her, and Midnight was there to manipulate Twilight to take her life for Sunset.

Chapter 6: The Deal
Twilight initially makes a deal with Midnight, detailing a plan to eradicate Sunset's connection with Princess Twilight Sparkle. Taking the Human Sunset as sacrifice for Pony Sunset.

During Curiosity: Midnight's connection to that world allowed Twilight to plan a way to make Sunset's relationship with princess Twilight deteriorate by eliminating all sources of communication and trust, which involved Queen Chrysalis to be a pawn to invoking too much danger and threats against the human and pony world.

During Animus: With Midnight experiencing life, made her become aroused by pain, so she had planned for the Dazzlings to become involved by making her design new crystals that could harness Equestrian magic and make them powerful, but as Twilight refused they beat her and tortured her to make it for them, but it was all part of the plan to recreate items they all previously had to fight against.

Twilight's and Midnight's design was finished with Twilight being innocent to any of the danger that happens, to make it seem like the Dazzlings and Queen Chrysalis were the ones to take the blame for any danger, and Sunset will practically fall for her since she is the only Twilight left in her life. However, due to the unsuccessful attempts, Midnight could not let it go.

Chapter 7: The Truth
Twilight was still restless and not feeling well, in which Sunset had to give up trying. However, after Sunset was about to leave to call an ambulance, Twilight thought Sunset was Pinkie Pie under hallucination. Twilight reveals he love for Sunset, also making an elaborate plan to make Sunset fall for her and was given no other choice but to be with her. Sunset demanded Twilight to say everything she did to make it happen. Twilight admitted, and feared her time was up to convince Sunset.

Chapter 8: Sunlight
Twilight was admitted to a hospital. After confrontation and confession, Sunset was at her wit's end. Not knowing where to turn to, and was unsure of where to go in her life. Sunset was starting to have dreams having to do with the time her soul was transmitted to Midnight's magical lockets. And, asked if the other two, Fluttershy and Applejack were having it, they were. They decided to come together to figure why.

Chapter 9: Eye's Wide Open
They gathered, slept and was brought to listen, and be engulfed in light. Which was God, there to open their eyes. HE found them, as they were taken by evil presences, and helped them return to their bodies. They asked why? HE said, there was reason. HE warned them, the evil has not ceased. Sunset asked what she needed to do to save Twilight. HE said, love and the things she feared are real, but they will happen at a greater scale. They asked what that was, Midnight may have helped Twilight, but the reason they were unsuccessful, was because it was a much bigger plan. The workings of magic has increased, allowing their world to crumble and lose control of the natural balance. Now more and more people will possess it, but it will be under dangerous and evil hands if they can not stop it in time.

Chapter 10: Truth Within
God spoke to them individually with things they needed to confess to, and admit in order to receive help and be given power to help stop. Faith, responsibility, trust, respect, and love. Was all that was necessary as they were in the process of becoming warriors of light. God said they will need to let go, and allow themselves to see the reality. Sunset was having trouble, as she was a pony in a human world, the one who brought magic in their world in the first place, and was fantasizing about having both Twilight's, but because of that was making Twilight upset and started the whole deal with Midnight in the first place, allowing herself to make that decision now, before it causes more distress. Sunset will choose to stay or leave when it is over, but she will also understand to only be a part of one world and not both.

Chapter 11: Recovery
Twilight recovered, as she was greeted by Pinkie, Rarity, and Rainbow Dash at the hospital. Twilight asked where everyone else was? They didn't know where they were. In which they were worried.

Chapter 12: Return
They all returned together, and they were yet to become warriors of light. They each shared the Word of the LORD so they can set up for battle. Sunset confessed to Twilight, but she needed to confess to the other Twilight. By then, it was too late.
