19. Hug

I enjoyed my moment alone in my room. I watched some entertaining videos and inspiration videos.

I felt like the sky was getting dark. I stopped what I was doing and went downstairs to get some fresh air. As soon as I opened the door, I looked at Taehyung's room. Is he in it? I walked towards his room and called him out but there's no response. I guess he's not here. I headed downstairs and went straight to the backyard.

I stretched my arms while walking, then suddenly I bumped into something, " Kamjagi! (You scared me)" I startled and then look at it.

It was Taehyung who was feeding a kitten. He looked up at me for a sec and looked back at the kitten. I was standing there awkwardly. I think I have to figure out what's wrong with him.

I cleared my throat and squatted down next to him.
" Why are you feeding this kitten?" I asked.

" I saw it here and it seemed hungry. That's why I feed it something." He said without looking at me and I nodded.

" To be honest, I don't like cat. It's sassy." I rolled eyes.

" It's so cute, you know?"

" I know! But I just don't like it."

Then he stood up and the kitten ran away. I stood up  and sighed. He walked away but I grabbed his wrist to stop him. He turned to look at me and raised his eyebrows. I was standing there without saying any words. How to start? I sighed again.

" Umm... TaeTae-ahh." I said in low voice. " Can you tell me what's wrong with you? Is there anything on your mind or did I do anything?" I looked at him with puppy eyes.

He looked away and sighed, " Actually, you don't have to mind it. I just feel upset. That's it." He said simply.

" How can I not mind it? You're the closest person to me and seeing you in bad mood just kill me, alright?" I tried to explain him.

He walked towards me and I released his wrist. He looked into my eyes, " Let me be honest." I nodded. " I really don't like when someone yells at me. I know you were annoyed and embarrassed that's why you just got furious and yelled. I don't mind if it's you but it hurt my feeling somehow." He said one by one clearly with his deep voice.

I looked into his eyes and could see that he really doesn't like it. I should've known it. I pouted and nodded lightly.
" I'm sorry for that. It won't happen again. Anyway, as I think it over again, I feel so wrong. You're worried about me but you ended up getting yelled at. I'm so sorry." I looked down and bit my lip.

I could feel his air near my ears. " Can you give me a hug?" He whispered and I got goosebumps. Just a hug it's okay right? Ugh!!

I turned to look at him in confused. He looked at me back and smiled, " It's okay if you don't want to. I just feel like...."

He hadn't finished his sentence yet but I pulled him in my embrace and hugged him tightly. I closed my eyes to give him some warmth. I patted on his back lightly.

The silence moment between us started. I felt like the time stopped and it's only two of us who were breathing. My heart was pounding and my body started to shake. Should I pull him out? Or continue? At the moment, he started to hug me back tightly and placed his chin on my shoulder. I opened my eyes and felt my heartbeat fast.

He suddenly said something, " Thank you, Bora-ahh. I have never known that I need this hug." He said in soft voice that could melt my heart. Wait! NAh!! Never!

I hadn't prepared myself and I am a mess right now. I was so confused. Suddenly my dad's voice appeared, " YAH!! What are you doing?" He shouted from distance that we could hear.
