51. Making love

Taehyung's apartment!

As the rain poured heavier, we decided to come and find shelter at his apartment because it's only a few meters away from the place we met.

I washed up and got changed first. After that, I got out with the towel on my head. I stopped as Taehyung was staring at me.

" You can go and get changed." I gestured my hands to the bathroom door.

He just smiled and entered it. It's absolutely awkward between us. First, we argued then suddenly we kissed. It's inaccessible. Everything was mixed up.

I walked around to take a look at his apartment. It's quite small but it's enough for one person to live in. He had a couch, TV, kitchen area with dining table for 2 people, fridge, a big wooden cupboard, and many more objects which were needed in each house. There's a room. I guessed it might be a bedroom. I wanted to visit in there but it's his personal area. So I decided to take a seat on the couch and tousled my wet hair with a towel.

Minutes later, he got out half-naked. I accidentally turned to look at him then looked away immediately.

I cleared my throat, " I don't have any intention to look at you." I said while facing away from him.

He giggled, " We used to sleep in the same room for months so I don't think it's inappropriate."

" But I barely see you half-naked. So...." I paused.

" Don't worry. Seeing a half-naked man isn't that bad. Men often take off their shirts."

I didn't say anything back. Then he walked into his room and got changed.

I sat straight properly and stayed calm. A moment later, he walked out.

" Are you hungry?" he asked as he sat next to me.

" I'm a little hungry," I said in a soft tone.

" Wanna go out and eat?" he asked and leaned his face towards me.

I nodded, " it's after you. This is your place so feel free to guide me." I blurted it out.

We smiled at each other, " Let's wait until it stops raining." he turned away from me.

It's super awkward between us but I didn't know if it's awkward for him. It's confusing as well. I didn't know if we're good now.

I tried to talk about something, " So... Are you living here alone?"

He leaned back against the couch, " Sure."

" It looks clean. You are such a tidy person." I said as I looked around.

" Well... I don't often sleep here. I usually sleep at my workplace. I overwork." he chuckled.

" You're such a hardworking person." I turned to smile at him. " Anyways, do you have anyone yet?" I asked it out of the blue because I wanted to make sure that he was single.

He burst into laughter, " What do you think about it? Do you think I have someone?" he raised his eyebrows.

I shrugged, " I don't know. That's why I'm asking you this to make sure."

He leaned closer to me and I leaned backward, " Does it seem like I already have someone? Would I kiss you if I already have a new girlfriend?" he smirked.

I realized it and stood up immediately. I was aimless. I rubbed the back of my neck awkwardly, " Oh. So you're single."

" I have been going to blind dates several times but it doesn't work."
