38. Promise

[Bora's POV]

We arrived at the party a little late. As we parked the car, we got out and headed to the party hall. My boyfriend reached out his arm towards me to hold it. I just wrapped my arm around his arm and another hand lifting the dress. As he saw me struggling to hold my purse while lifting the dress, he snatched the purse from me and held it. I glanced at him and scoffed.

When we entered through the door, Jungkook Oppa was waiting for us in there. He walked towards us with a big smile.

" You're here," he said.

" You look handsome, Oppa," I said and smiled.

He chuckled, " Nah! Your boyfriend is more handsome than me. Look at him!" we turned to look at Taehyung. " Look so good in this suit, Taehyung-ssi."

" Thank you so much."

" I will introduce you to my friends. Come with me." Jungkook said and steered us to meet his friends.

There were 6 men in immaculate suits, standing in a row. They're all handsome, honestly. Then Jungkook turned to look at us and introduced us to them, " This is Bora, my childhood friend, and her boyfriend, Taehyung."

I bowed to greet them and so did my boyfriend. One of them extended his hand to shake hand with me. I grabbed his hand gently and shook it, " I'm Kim Seokjin. Nice to meet you." he said gently and I just smiled at him.

Then another guy next to him extending his hand and I grabbed his hand to shake, " Hello Bora-ssi, I'm Kim Namjoon." he smiled and his dimples appeared.

After that, I shook hands with another guy next to him, " Hi! I'm Park Jimin. I'm glad to meet you."

Moved on to the next guy, " Hello beautiful, I'm Jung Hoseok. Please enjoy your time here." He's a bit flirty but he's friendly.

Finally, the last guy extended his hand and acted a little cold. I grabbed his hand and shook it, " I'm Min Yoongi." his tone didn't sound friendly.

We released hands and I glanced at that last guy. He looked familiar. I turned to look at him again and observed his face. He looked confused and raised his eyebrow, " What's wrong?"

" Have we met before?" I asked immediately without hesitation.

He looked away, thinking, " I'm not so sure." He shrugged.

" as I remember, I met you at a club a couple of months ago. That time one of your friends threw up on my shoes and I started to piss off." I was trying to explain to him.

He widened his eyes, " Ahhh!! That rude girl."

As I heard that, I slowly crossed my eyebrows. This is so him. The first time we met, he acted so cold among them.

" I'm sorry. But that time you're really rude."

" YAH! YOONGI!" One of them shouted at him.

I felt like burning up but then Jimin changed the atmosphere, " wow! I remember you. What a coincidence." he covered his mouth.

" I was there too but I couldn't recognize you," Jungkook said in surprise.

I giggled, " that's so coincidence." I looked at them one by one to see the guy who threw up on me but I couldn't find anyone familiar.

" where is the guy who threw up on my shoes that day?" I asked them and they looked at each other.

The guy named Namjoon answered, " He's sick. He couldn't join us." I nodded. " Do you still remember his face?"
