↳ can turn into a black cat and manifest cat-like creatures ( ears, tail, claws etc. )
PROS
↳ the user is very agile and fast, they can easily dodge attacks no sweat. due to the breed of cat being a black cat ( known for their unluckiness ) they can lord bad luck over their foes in a fight, or just in general. this would make them VERY difficult to beat.
akin to wolverine, the user can extend their claws ( as well as manifest cat-like features ) whenever they wish.
black cats are very common so this would be an excellent form to spy in, espescially at night.
CONS
↳ this quirk provides an excellent defense, so the user may rely too much on that and not develop their offensive skills all that much.
the more they manipulate luck, the more energy is drained from them. also, converting fully to cat form is EXTREMELY painful.
ULTIMATE MOVE IDEAS
↳ ultimate move could be that they completely remove all and any bad luck from themselves and foes, then proceed to lord it over their enemies and watch as everything descends into chaos.
