QUIRK NAME : shade
EXPLANATION : this quirk enables the user to turn themselves into shadow and/or manipulate shadows.
PROS : this would be excellent for stealth ─ espescially at night. luckily, this quirk also works during the day! the more people in an area, the more shadows that the user can transform into/manipulate.
the shadows can become sentient beings or weapons that acutally harm the user's opponent, but when the foe tries to harm the shadows with their own weapons, everything just passes right through.
that also applies to when the user themselves is in their "shadow" form.
CONS : if someone attacks the shadows, or the user, with an extreme amount of light this weakens the effect!
the shadows can sometimes be a little uncontrollable at night and could cause the user to go the slightest bit insane, so finding the right balance between darkness and light is very crucial.
when manipulating the shadows, the user themselves can't fight and must concentrate all their time on their shadow puppets ─ thus leaving themselves vulnerable.
the user could also depend too much on their powerful quirk and not develop their hand-to-hand or close-range combat skills.

EXTRAS : this quirk ks very similar to tokoyami's so maybe the user and him are related somehow? that would be interesting.
