EXPLANATION : if the quirk user is friends with someone, then they can use their quirk.
PROS : if the user has a very strong bond with someone, then they can use their quirk very easily. the user can also be friends with multiple people and have multiple quirks under their belt.
they can use multiple quirks at once on different parts of their bodies.
can work even if the friend they're using the quirk from is not around.
CONS : this only works if the other person considers themselves friends with the user and has total trust in them. it doesn't work with acquaintances or friendly strangers.
if the user loses one of their friends ( from death, or simply not being as close as before ), then the user cannot access their quirk anymore.
people may think that the user only wants to be friends with them for their powers so this may cause the user a lot of distress.
if the user has no friends, they're basically quirkless.
