QUIRK NAME : ghost
EXPLANATION : the user can phase through objects, make themselves translucent and/or invisible and do spooky things™️
PROS : the user can choose who can see and hear them so, if they wanted to be really mean, they could make just torment one person and make everyone else think they're insane.
they can go inside other people and control them. any attack just goes straight through them in their translucent form, but they can land physical hits that really hurt.
they can touch things/people and, momentarily, turn them into a "ghost" too.
CONS : turning humans/objects into ghosts is very difficult and only lasts like five minutes. if the user gets hit repeatedly with really powerful hits, then they will involuntarily revert back to their human, non-ghost form and be out for a while.
the user may not have many friends because people may be freaked out by them :(
