↳ since the colours of the rainbow make up light, they can indirectly manipulate light and darkness as well! there are colours that the human eye cannot see ─ this person can see them due to their quirk.
perhaps the user also has some form of synaesthesia ? and, when they teleport, i imagine a giant rainbow beams them up ( like thor and heimdall )
CONS
↳ outside of the light thing, the colour aspect of the user's quirk isn't very offensive.
when they teleport, it rips a small gap open in space and time for them to travel through - if this gap widens an extreme amount, it could be very catastrophic.
ULTIMATE HERO MOVE IDEAS
↳ perhaps they could cover that specific area with darkness and make it colourless, before teleporting to their enemies and blinding them with light.
