nobody can ever sneak up on them, if someone goes missing they can very easily find them, they have impeccable reflexes and agility, they have super strength and strong legs which can enable them to jump very high.
immune to most diseases and ailments due to their stellar immune system.
CONS : perhaps their senses can overwhelm them and this causes their bodies severe physical backlash. maybe they don't know their own strength either, so they may break things a lot.
