they could perhaps kiss people ( indirect kisses count ) and have them under their control for a brief while ??

CONS
↳ people may find out about their ability to manipulate emotions and control others and get super-freaked out by them ( kinda like shinsou ) and that might make the user super sad F.
this might actually make them go down a pretty villainous path tbh.
this quirk doesn't work very well if their opponent doesn't really find them that attractive or if they have no romantic interest in them.
worst case scenario for quirk user: they face a very over-powered acearo /j, lh
