QUIRK NAME : witch hunt
EXPLANATION : when a user touches a person and/or a thing the person has touched, they can track them to virtually anywhere in the world and teleport to that location.
PROS : this quirk also works for animals and objects as well !! if the user is close with the person they're tracking, they don't even need to touch anything they just have to think of the person and off they go.
CONS : cannot track multiple people at once, tracking without touching anything is extremely difficult as it drains a lot of stamina. the user cannot teleport without tracking someone.
the more stamina is drained, the less accurately and precisely the user can track someone. they have to know the name, age and face of the person they are tracking.
HERO NAME IDEAS : hunter, tracker, witch hunt, manhunt etc.
EXTRAS : they would be a fantastic bounty hunter + good at finding missing persons !!
