EXPLANATION
↳ the user can replicate any noise that they hear! they can also use echo-location to find things/people, and echo at a high or low frequency.
PROS
↳ with their echolocation, the user can have a sort of "radar" in which they can sense things coming ( kind of like peter parker's "spider sense" ).
the user only needs to hear a sound once and they can repeat it an endless amount of times at any frequency or volume that they want!
perhaps if the person they're echoing has a voice related quirk, they can use it when they echo them ( like, if they echo present mic when he does his YEAHHHH thing, they can do it too! or if they echo the siren quirk from chapter one, they can "lure" people in the same way !! )
like jirou does with her amplified heartbeat, this user could create highly destructive soundwaves with their echos!
CONS
↳ this quirk could really strain the user's vocal muscles, meaning that they would have to exercise them all the time or be forced to not really speak all that much when not engaged in combat.
if they go past their limit or mimic a quirk like present mic's, it could cause really serious and permanent damage to their vocal chords.
perhaps their echolocation isn't very good at the beginning, so it may get very easily disrupted by other, stronger soundwaves or any other kind of waves. if there are too many sounds or echos and whatnot, the user's ears could perhaps go into sensory overload.
the user's ears may be very sensitive and they may require hearing aids ( not even may, they'd definitley need hearing aids ).

ULTIMATE HERO MOVE IDEA(S)
↳ perhaps they could direct their echos at the ground, causing massive tremors/earthquakes/aftershocks. or maybe the user could be like banshee from x-men first class and use their echos to launch them off the ground and fly!
this is probably more of a "pro" than an ultimate move, but with their echolocation power, they'd be excellent at close combat as they would always know who is coming at them.
