EXPLANATION : can manipulate other people's perceptions of reality by either changing reality itself or twisting their minds.
PROS : if they manipulate reality, perhaps that could extend to other things like making fake images to make people smile or something.
CONS : people may not wanna get close to them because they're scared of the user which may cause them distress.
maybe the user uses their quirk on themselves to escape reality and use their faux reality as a very unhealthy crutch.
