QUIRK NAME : flower power
EXPLANATION : the quirk user has chlorokinesis. they control plants, vegetation, flowers, wood, soil, roots, fruits, weeds etc.
PROS : they can turn one kind of plant into something else ( i.e. a bush, into a giant oak tree ) and can easily shrink of expand the size of the plant.
they can even make their own, unique plants that have unique qualities to them ( i.e. a plant that shoots water or a tree that sprouts money or something like that. )
they could perhaps turn some of their own body parts into plants.
CONS : their quirk only works when their are plants around, or seeds. they can't produce vegetation out of nothing ─ even if it's their own unique "breed".
making their own plants also saps ( haha, pun intended ) a lot of energy out of the user. turning their body parts into plants also has the same effect.
HERO NAME IDEAS : belladonna, thorn, blade ( haha like a blade of grass ), chloroblast etc.
