↳ this user can turn into a dragon (*eastern) and breathe fire.
PROS
↳ this user does not need to go completely dragon form to use their abilities (such as, they can summon their scales to harden their skin. they do not need to become a dragon to have this ability.) they also have beast-like strength, fangs, claws and animalistic senses. they are immune to fire for the most part and they breathe fire.
CONS
↳ this isn't a must, but perhaps they can only breathe fire. they are immune to it, yes, but they cannot manipulate it. this is all up to how the quirk is written, though. also, perhaps they cannot bode well in cold weather? and due to this being an eastern dragon rather than a european one, they don't have wings (they can still fly, however.)
ULTIMATE MOVE IDEAS
↳ eat a lot of spicy food to make their flames stronger, before scourging a large landmass in flames.

↳ serpentine, draco/draconis, pyro, firebreather, firedancer, the dancing dragon etc.

↳ yes, i am aware ryukyu has this quirk, but from what i've seen of her design, she seems to be based on a western dragon (hence her wings) which is why i made the distinction in the explanation. if it truly bothers you how similar their quirks are, just make the QU and ryukyu related 🤷🏾♀️
