EXPLANATION
↳ when the user makes contact with person b, person b's surroundings change into a nonesensical, strange environment. like a twisted fairytale, hence the name 'wonderland'.
PROS
↳ this quirk dehabilitates the QU's opponent, so that means they can strike whilst their adversary is distracted. the user could also use this quirk to find out about their opponent's fears and whatnot.
CONS
↳ if this quirk is done via eye contact, then the user may not ever be able to fully look people in the eye so they may have to wear sunglasses or just avoid eye contact. if it is done via physical contact, then we might have an elsa situation in which the user cannot touch people.
if the user is distressed, they might end up using the quirk on themselves and leave themselves vulnerable.
