QUIRK NAME : dead girl walking
EXPLANATION : the user can see dead people, communicate with them and use their quirks via possession!
PROS : if they see dead heroes and befriend them, they could allow themselves to get possessed by their hero friend and use their quirk! the quirk would revert to a weaker form or anything, either. it would be at its peak strength within them, as long as they keep themselves physically fit.
maybe, eventually, they can be possessed by multiple quirk users at once? or maybe call upon their spirits to get them to fight for the user?
the user would never be alone :)

they may go kinda insane with having to see these dead people around them all the damn time.
maybe the possession aspect works kind of like one-for-all? if they allow someone who has an extremely powerful quirk to possess them, then perhaps they may collapse or...go kaboom.
