"I'm coming, I'm coming, Wesley," Blake said while running into the living room. Walking to the mobile crib, she pulled the crying baby from the torturous chamber that was his mattress.
After changing his diaper, Wesley was a much happier baby. "Yup, just a diaper change was all you needed," Blake said to him as she walked into the kitchen with him in her arms. "I love you, Wesley." He stared at her and smiled at her words.
Blake slid her boots on and walked outside toward the goat pen. Wesley and her visited with the goats. One of the older goats named Mabel was very gentle and also very fond of Wesley. She let Blake hold Wesley on her back as if Mabel was taking him on a ride.
He laughed and ran his small hands against Mabel's neck. Blake made sure her grip on the baby was firm as she pulled her phone from the back pocket of her jeans and took a picture of him on the goat. She snapped the picture quickly and then sent it to Caiden.
Unfortunately, their time with the goats was cut short when all of a sudden the bright, sunny, blue sky was compromised by a dark gray, ominous setting. Blake ran around the field closing the animals into their pens before it started raining so that way Caiden wouldn't have to do it in the pouring rain later. Just as Blake and Wesley walked into the house after closing in the animals, the clouds let loose and rain started to trample the ground.
"Looks like we just made it, Wesley," she said as she stared out the window. She found the rain to be quite peaceful. When she was younger and trapped with her horrid mother, the rain made her feel less alone, less trapped. She was always jealous of the rain in an odd way. The droplets got to come and go as they pleased. They got to go through the motions of life where they fell harder or softer depending on their mood. Something she never got to experience with her mother. With her mother, she always had to be on her toes, always had to be perfect.
However, she was worried about Caiden driving such a long way in the harsh rain. She hoped he made it home safely.
An hour and a half later, the front door was pushed open and Caiden walked through. "You're home early," Blake said, not expecting him.
He looked over at her as he shrugged off his soaking wet bright yellow vest and work shirt underneath, leaving him standing in nothing but a pair of dirty jeans and boots. Luckily for them, Blake just put Wesley down for a nap.
"We got off early since it starting pouring," he answered, his voice husky as he stared at Blake.
Walking into the kitchen, Caiden grabbed Blake's hips and pushed her against the kitchen counter. "Fuck, you're beautiful," he said as he stared down at her. Then he grabbed her chin in his hand and pressed his lips against hers. She melted into his touch and into his lips, kissing him back immediately.
His hands were still glued to her hips, so she wrapped her arms around the back of his neck to press their bodies even closer together. Spreading her legs slightly farther apart with his hands, Caiden ground his erection into the center of her legs, causing them both to moan.
Blake broke the intense kiss so she could breathe just as Caiden thrust his hips again, making her moan out loudly. "Caiden what are doing to me?" She whimpered as a foreign feeling she'd never felt before started building inside of her with Caiden's movements.
Reaching down, Caiden lifted her up so her legs wrapped around his waist. Then he walked up the stairs and pushed their bedroom door open with his foot. After placing Blake on the bed, he stripped his dirty jeans off so he was standing in only his boxer briefs.
