The football match (MEWGULF)

Gulf and Mew arrived at the
University where the shoot for the day was planned
Mew was whinny at gulf

Today after a long time he gets to play football

The producer approched them with their schedule
They were Playing aganist the stars of the university football team and the rest of the players in their team are the professional footballers of the club sponsoring the event
The cameraman and producer and the team members were the only one allowded on the ground as the university rules didn't allow outsiders on the feild during the pandemic
The cameraman is a foreigner
His eyes are so big bright said mew as he saw mew looking at the cameraman

A tall girl that looked about their age was sitting beside the cameraman on the bleachers her curly hair framing her face as she read into the book
She seemed to be immersed in her own world
They look similar maybe his daughter
She is so immersed in that book that she she is not even looking at the hot boys in the ground

Mew shuttered fearing his nongs warth if he knew that he was talking about a girl he suddenly looked around
Ohh we were talking about how the opposite team was glaring at us they seem to be pretty intimidating mew said when he found the opposite team captain glaring at him
Ya p they are known for being ruthless and injuring players be careful gulf warned them
The game was brodcasted live as the and the game was progressing well and each team scored one goal each
The game was getting heated up the professional players were highly talented they managed to support the boys smoothly and wonderfully that gulf scored their teams second goal
He was so happy and he ran to pmew ahd hugged him yeyyy he squeled like a tiny boy raising his hands in the air
Pmew laughed at gulfs excited face
Good boy he praised him bright and win appreciated him
The opposite team captain was yelling at his teammates inanger

The game resumed and gulf's team was about to score another goal when the opposite team captain hit his team's defender he fell down clutching his feet
Everryone in gulfs team stopped playing and ran to help him
One of the professional players crutches down and examined his leg seem like a torn ligament
I am sorry the opposite team captain made a huge show of apologising as if it was an accident
No body bothered replaying him and no body wanted to pull a fight with him on national television live
It's ok the injured player spoke as he was carried by his fellow team members outside to get treatment

After about 15 minutes the other player who is also the manager of the professional team came back
Looks like we have to cancel the shoot
He can't play anymore
Oh no we can't cancel the shoot
The producer was upset
it was a big budget project
Stopping the shoot now means a huge loss
Can we replace the player with someone else bright suggested
Uhmm our goalkeeper is also a defender so he can take the place but they means we need someone new for goalkeeping

The cameraman and the girl on the bleachers were the only members left

the bookish girl that they approched was long gone she seemed really excited to play .
Ok one last time but I am not answering your mom if got injured again

He laughed at her excitmnent

The opposite team was laughing at the girl
What is she gonna do ? run away when the ball comes .

She turned and glared at them
She seemed to be a cheery than the the sluggish girl with the book
Let's see she said smiling at the captain
Everybody was amazed they raised eyebrows in wonder
Ok let's resume the game the producer announced fed up with the drama
and everybody went back to their positions
The game resumed and the opposite team captain was about to score a goal run away if don't want to get hit he said to the girl in English
She just shook her head and just stood there
The captain shot the ball to the net
And much to everybodys surprise she moved left in a swift motion and caught the ball with ease.
She smirked at him as the whistle indicating the end of the game was heard .
Gulf squealed jumping up and down he hugged mew win and bright . Happily celebrated
The producer went and congratulated them well done she patted the girl on the shoulders
Thanku for letting me play , I really enjoyed it she said and walked away without any further reply
After the shoot was wrapped they were resting at the bleachers they looked around for the girl but she was no were to be seen
The cameraman was packing his equipment and waiting for the producer to pay him
So brightwin and Mew gulf went near him and sat beside him
Where is your daughter ?win asked him
Oh she went home he said
How is she good in goal keeping gulf asked him
The cameraman laughed fondly at the question
She was the captain of state women's football team

But what happened bright asked curiously
She got into an accident and doctors said she shouldn't play anymore so she was kicked out of the team
From then I have never seen her happy like today
I asked her to come today the hope that the game will change her mood
