5 : I Can't

YUXIN'S POV

I checked the time through my phone and it's just 11:30pm, but my friends are already drunk, and they talk nonsense things now. Xiaotang and Shuxin are being clingy with each other more than they usually do, meanwhile, Jiaqi and Keyin are bickering. Yuyan and Keni are like a dog and cat whose fighting at the corner. Justin and Xiao Gui are sticking on Anqi's side. Then the other boys are just drinking, and they talk about girls. But I feel quite sad, seeing Yanjun looking at Jiaqi who's having fun teasing Keyin, and Zhengting looking at Yuyan annoying Keni. Those guys should find other girls, they were just hurting themselves by just looking at their love ones with someone. Tsktsk.

"Yuxin, you already drink so many. Aren't you drunk?", Linong suddenly asked.

I looked at him and shook my head.

"I always go at the bar twice a week and drink as much as I could.", I said.

"Woah! So, Justin was right. You really go to a bar and drink a lot.", he said while nodding slightly.

"Ah, Justin told you. I saw him sometimes at the bar, but we don't have a time to talk with each other because he's busy being with some girls.", I said while shaking my head.

"Hahaha, he's quite a womanizer but he's not going out a lot lately. Since the day he courted Anqi, he still does it but rare.", he said.

"Ahhh. That's good. Anqi likes Justin.", I said.

"Yeah, right. Xiao Gui looks pitiful. They both know that Anqi likes Justin, but he still tries.", he said.

I nodded. I already know that they knew that Anqi likes Justin. It's obvious.

"Btw, when did you start going to a bar twice a week?", he asked.

"Hmm, 3 years ago?", I answered.

"Wow! Are you a heavy drinker since then?", he asked.

"Nah, I easily get drunk before. But I'm used to it now", I answered.

"Oh, I see. Hm, may I ask... Have you done some stupid things because of being drunk?", he asked.

I became speechless. I stared at his eyes. How did he like me? He didn't even know me.

"Ah, Yuxin... are you okay?", he asked.

I close my eyes tightly. That stupid shit changed my life. How can I forget that?

I opened my eyes and look at my friends whose still busy.

"Yuxin?", he called my name.

I took a deep breath and took my glass to drink before answering his question...

"Xueer, I'll just go to the comfort room. I need to pee.", he said.

I nodded and he immediately leave to go in the comfort room.
