Emoris Pov

We were all standing around the room. Clarke was pacing. I was standing next to my husband and Raven. Crying into their arms.

"My inside man is sure taking his sweet time" Octavia says.

"We should discuss the plan. We all go over, kill their leader, and get Wren" Bellamy says. We all look towards him. We've all memorized the plan by now. But we were all worried about her.

"Killing Cadogan won't change anything" Gaia says

"He can't chase us if he's dead" Indra says back to her daughter.

"You've seen faith, mother." Gaia says and she drops down from where she was sitting on the ledge. "You kill the commander another takes her place. You kill the Fleimkepa, another takes his place. Faith doesn't just die. It gets carried forward. Cadogans people are no different." Gaia says

"Then how does this end?" Miller asks.

"One last war" Bellamy says

"And then we transcend and we become the light" Octavia says. Finishing her brother's sentence.

"It's a beautiful idea, but fighting is not how we get there" Jordan says. We all look to him. He's sitting on the ground next to Hope who's laying on the ground. "War is a failure of everything, which is why it's a test, not a war." He says finishing his sentence.

"Test, war, test, war. The disciples have been studying the Bardo texts for over 1,000 years. You really think you know better?" Hope asks Jordan.

"Yes" Jordan says back. "And it's not just that I read some old books. I felt it." He says and he stands up form his spot on the ground. "The red sun toxin showed me something. I couldn't fighter it out, but I knew it was important, and then I read the bardo texts, and it hit me. The next step in human evolution. I don't claim to fully understand it, But.. In my heart, I know there's a purpose to everything, and we don't find out what it is by killing each other in another war." Jordan says. I'm getting worse. I can tell. I already lost her once. I can't do it again.

"I can't do this" I say and I get up. I run up the stairs and into a room.

"Emori" John yells behind me. He says to follow me.  I walk into the room and I break down into tears. I put my back against the wall and slide down it. John, Raven, Bellamy, and Clarke run in after me. They are my crying on the floor. They all run up to me. John and Raven on my two sides and Bellamy and Clarke in front of me.

"I can't do this again" I say shakily. Still crying.

"Shh, shh, shh. It's okay. We're gonna get her back" Raven says. She knew this would happen. It only was a matter of time. But she knew she has to be there for her freind when it did happen. She missed her niece like crazy. But she knew a mothers love was great or than anything else, and that if she felt like this. Emori must feel like that but 10 times worse.

"I already did this once. I can't do it again." I say. Putting my head in my hands.

"We'll get her back. Well get her back" Bellamy says. He also felt like he wanted to cry. But he couldn't. He had to be their for his best friend and his best friends wife.

"She just left. Didn't even talk to me about it." I say. "She's turning into people like us. I don't want that for her." I also say. My arm starts to turn green. Theo others do too.

"We're gonna go save Wren" I say. We then all disappear into a ball of green smoke.

Wrens Pov

"Let's just say he believes he can walk on water." Says a person on the screen (Callie)

"And you don't?" someone says back.

"I believe in you"  the same person from before says back. They then disappear off the screen.

"No" says Cadogan. My head hurts so bad. I can't do this anymore. I'm miss my parents and everyone else. A couple years stats to come down my face."No. Bring it back. Bring it back!" Cadogan yells.

"I'm trying. It's just a fragment. I had to activate the extra-synaptic gaba receptors just to gain access. It's an entirely different pathway from normal memories." Levitt says. I look at him with a sad face. Please don't do this. I think to my self.

"No excuses" Cadogan says back. "I want to see my daughter again." He adds on. Cadogan looks at me sadly.

"If I push deeper, I may be able to find more of Becca's memories. But it's risky." Levitt says.

"Then be careful. We need her memories intact." Cadogan says back. I start to breath heavy. I'm scared. Cadogan puts his hand on my shoulder. Maybe trying to comfort me. I don't know. I just want my mom and dad.

"I know. You're tired, But your doing so well." He says. The projecter thingy starts to play my memories again. I see the memories too. In my head. One of them stays for a while. Becca leaving Cadogan's side.

"No" I yell. And I try to get out of my chair.

"What's wrong?" Levitt asks. Trying to help.

"I saw everything. Becca went to the other side. She said he's not ready. I'm done helping you." I say

"Becca and I had a disagreement. A long time ago." Cadogan says and he starts to get closer to me. I try to run away. "Your only seeing her side of the story, and she may have been right back then. But I've sent centuries preparing us, improving us. Now is are time."

"Let's start again" Levitt says. Me and Cadogan's eyes are still locked.

"I said no" I yell and I move around and try to get out. Hurting my self while doing it. If I'm dead Cadogan can't use me. My head starts to hit the spikes at the top.

"Wren stop, your hurting yourself" Levitt says and he try's to hold me down.

"Guards" Cadogan yells.

"Your hurting yourself" Levitt yells. Still trying to hold me down. I get my two legs out. I smacked Levitts arm. I run past Cadogan and the gaurds. They all try to grab me . But they miss

"Get her. We can't let her find the others" I hear Cadogan yell. The others must be here. The guards chase me. There fast and have stamina. I run in zigs zags. Trying to lose them but also trying to find my parents or anyone else. I run past another intersection.

"Wren" I hear someone yell. I run back a bit and turn to my left. I see my mom being held by guards on either side.

"Mom" I yell and I try to run towards her. The guards catch up to me and grab my arms.

"Wren, Wren" My mom yells trying to get out of the guards holding hers arms.

"Mom" I scream. Uncle Bellamy and Aunt Echo run around the corner and both punch a guard holding my mother. The guards that were previously holding them catch up to them. I feel something in my neck. Making me tired.

"I love you all" I say with my last energy. Uncle Bellamy and Aunt Echo hesitate. Making them get caught.

"No Wren" they all yell. They try to get out of their guards holding them.

"We love you too. Remember that" my mom says and then it all turns black.
