"Look at their eyes they hate us" says John

"At least they're alive to hate us." I say

"Yeah. Sure. At least until Sheidheda and his army come back to finish what he started." He says

"No Indra won't let that happen." I say

"No? Look. You saw the faces of her guards. When he was speaking. They were Trikru. Loyal to her and he was still getting to them." He says

"Well John. Even if he does take control. These people aren't a threat to him." I say. He looks around for a moment at all of the people and then are daughter.

"They will be" he says and I look at him. He continues " When we were playing chess. He made sure to take my pawns so they couldn't move across the board to get promoted. Thanking out the faithful to get revenge will be right below Wren on his list of priorities. All right? I'm telling you these people are in danger." He says. I take a deep breath in.

"If your right and we help them. Then so are we. Then we can't protect Wren." I say

"Yea I'm aware" John says. We both then look at Wren. She's talking to one of the boys who's parents died.

I was talking to Pietro. His parents just died. I felt bad for him. I don't know what I would do if my parents died.

I walk over to my parents. They put on fake smiles as they see me.

"Umm my bag and sketchbook is in the school house. Can I go get it?" I ask. They think about it for a second.

"Yes but don't get side tracked at all, and meet us in the Reactor. If you get there before is hide in the corner. Okay?" Says my mother. I nod my head yes.

"Okay be very quickly and be safe" says my dad. They both give me a hug and a kiss on my forehead. I then jog out of the room. On my way out I hear my moms voice.

"Okay everybody you are next on his list. You need to all follow us. We're going somewhere safe" she says.

I walk to the school and grab my bad with my sketchbook and all of my pencils. I run outside. I hear shouting but my parents said to go straight to the reactor and don't get sidetracked. Well it wouldn't hurt to just look. I quietly walk over with a knife in my hand in case.

"Kneel or die" I hear and the voice is sheidheda. I make my way closer and see him standing over Indra. I have to do something. I was the commander.

"I won't let you take my people." She says. He puts his foot on her neck. Blocking her airway.

"Die it is" he says. I step on a chair then jump at him. Getting his eye with my knife. He screams. We start fight. I hit him with my knife again but then he pushes me down to the ground. I look over to Indra and see that she's slowly standing up. Russell picks up his knife to hit me.

"Stop" says Indra. Sheild Heda looks away from me on the ground. "Spare her life" she adds on "I will kneel" She slowly kneels on the ground

"I am your commander and you will kneel to me. Or you will join those who make the same mistake in death." He says in a different language. Everyone kneels. I sneakily get up and run to the reactor. Hopping he doesn't notice that I left. I run to the reactor. I walk in and my parents see me. They run up to me.

"Where have you been" says my mom.

"I got just a little sidetracked" I say. They look at me with a disapproving look. I give them a smile. My mother goes to say something but someone walks up to us.

"You were right Sheidheda won" he says . My dad looks at me and I look back at him.

"We're safe in here. The reactor door is sealed. No one can get to us." Says my dad. The man and his son look at us and then walked away.

"So what now?" Asks my mother

"That's tomorrow's problem. Today we survived. All of us." He says.

"Don't look know John. But I think you might be someone worth believing in."Says s my mom and she kisses him. She looks at me. "Now where gonna talk about why you didn't listen to us" she also says. I give her a dead stare.

"Really?" I ask

"Yep" she says. She grabs my arm and drags me more inside the reactor.
