Protection
The brunette had his arm protectively around the small girl's shoulders.
'He definitely doesn't want me to escape,' Kurai nagged in her mind.
'What was the point of kidnapping me if I was gonna escape anyway?' she asked herself, frowning at her stupidity.
The pill she took earlier was slowly starting to work, so she could get a good sight of the place she was in.
Her eyes scanned the whole place as Seokjin walked her around the house.
The girl's hazy brain memorized each door and pathway along with the guards.
She could probably use it to plot an escape plan later.
Although her face seemed calm but deep inside, she wanted to scream.
And oh, she wanted to scream so loudly.
The building was so big and luxurious, it made the young girl lose her focus every ten seconds. She trying so hard not to gawk at her surroundings.
But she wasn't quite successful.
The marble floor, beautiful high ceilings, the gorgeous chandeliers, the golden and white theme of the mansion. They were all blessing her round eyes.
In short, wealth was dripping down of every edge.
She didn't want to admit, but the owner definitely had some good taste.
After coming up the glass stairs -which Kurai's mind was screaming at her not to break them by her steps- they finally arrived at a big, dark brown, burnished, double-door.
The door looked so expensive itself she didn't dare to think about the things behind it.
Jin stole a glace at the girl's stoic face and knocked on the door.
An awfully familiar voice allowed him to thoroughly open the heavy door and gently push the young girl to go inside with him.
She scrunched up her nose in annoyance the moment her eyes caught the sight of the confident figure.
Namjoon was sitting on his throne chair while he seemed to be busy with some papers that were spread over his dark wooden desk.
He looked at her with a mischievous smile on his plump lips.
"I brought the little jewel you were talking about." Jin's tone had a playful tease to it.
However, it confused the girl.
'Jewel? I don't remember swallowing any gold or diamonds,' she thought to herself.
Namjoon's eyes slipped on her cute, frowny face, "hello little one. I see you finally woke up."
Kurai was getting impatient, so she put her weight on one of her feet and said, "I'm waiting for your explanations."
She wanted to get straight to the point.
If not, she wouldn't mind choking one specific person.
The blond man smirked at her serious tone and looked at Seokjin.
"Jin hyung, would you mind if I explain a few things?"
The brunette smiled as he walked towards the door.
Before he went out, he turned his head towards the small girl and said, "I'll come get you when you're done, sweetie."
Then, he disappeared behind the huge door.
